CHAPTER 026: A REQUEST FROM THE HERO PART 2

When I agreed to help them, Mina smiled at me…… Perhaps it was all but an act, but at least she was putting in the effort to keep up her appearances. As for Arios, he was mumbling under his nose like a small child that was throwing a temper tantrum.

He didn’t seem to like the exchange we had just now all that much.

Does this guy not know his place in the world? Or is he that delusional?

I’m not saying here that you need to be humble and grovel with your head on the ground, but if you’re going to ask someone for their help, the least you can do is to show the reasonable and appropriate attitude towards that someone.

Just as the conversation between the Hero’s Party and myself was seemingly heading towards a conclusion, Kanade and Tanya both stepped forward.

As expected of a Hero, I should say.
