The name of that war was「Celestial Gods War」.

It is said that this war was a fierce and bloody conflict that lasted all throughout the first great war, Titanomachia, the second great war, Gigantomachia and the third war that finally saw the conflict’s settlement after the Chief God Zeus fought against the Demon Lord Typhon.

「The Giants against whom the Gods thought during Gigantomachia were especially fierce and powerful opponents, since they possessed the ability that allowed them to neutralize all of the powers of the gods and their Authority thanks to the divine protection that they received from their mother, the Earth’s Mother Goddess Gaia.」

「The ability to neutralize the God’s powers and Authority…」

「It was a power called the Regime of the Blue Star. And it was not a power possessed by only a handful of them either. All of the members of the Giant Clan at that time possessed the power to neutralize the Authority of the Gods.」

Some of the Players were literally speechless when Alma revealed that information to them.

The Authority of the Gods is the source of all Gifts, so neutralizing that Authority should also have the power to neutralize the Gifts that the gods were granting to people as well.

「The heavens split and the earth was shattered. It was truly a terrible war. In the third war, even Zeus, the Chief God with overwhelming power, was defeated by the Demon Lord Typhon.」

Izayoi, who was obediently listening to Alma’s story up until now raised his right hand and asked. He had to do it, because he was familiar with the legend of the Demon Lord Typhon in Greek Mythology, and such a discrepancy made him feel uncomfortable. Both the Star Fruit and the Fruit of Fate had roughly the same meaning, but he was also curious about the nuances between them in Alma’s story.

The lore told by Almatea from here on out was not so different from the commonly known lore. The Gods of Olympus protected the critically injured Zeus, and a rematch begins between Zeus, who has healed his wounds, and Typhon, the Demon Lord who has lost the divine protection of the Earth Mother Goddess Gaia.

At the end of the battle, Zeus’ strongest blow: the thunderbolt Keraunos was what finally put an end to the fight between the two.

And they lived happily ever after. With these words, Alma finished her picture book show. When the Albino girl stood up and offered her applause with her eyes shining like never before, several people also applauded alongside her. Suzuka was also applauding, but she suddenly remembered something and put her index finger to her chin.

「… Keraunos?」

「What’s wrong, Suzuka? You figured something out?」

「Haven’t we heard about Keraunos somewhere before? Something to do with the Taurus constellation…」
