I was truly happy that I was able to reunite with those two. However, while thinking this, I felt a silent unpleasant feeling. That was because of that eye-patch-wearing mistress, bad news Batako-san, was backing these two up. Remembering that single snake-like eye, I was stricken by the illusion that something cold was running down my back.

「Well then, I should also get going」

I left the classroom. While walking down the hallway I thought about what to do next.

Should I just start by showing my face in the Adventure Club’s clubroom? Although….

Worrying over these things, I spotted Ibara Yuu-senpai, who was just heading to the building where the clubroom was located.

Among the three school buildings in the Third Private High School, there was one for the clubrooms. On the 4th floor of that building the ((Adventure Club)) had its clubroom.

The third-year Ibara Yuu, who was the vice-president of the Adventure club, was pouring hot water from an electric water boiler into one of the club’s treasures from Nanana’s Collection ((the teapot that needs no tea-leaves)).

She was handling this with experienced hands, and while doing so she had been gazing at the window for a while now. By the window of the clubroom stood a large hardwood oaken desk. Sitting at the desk was the Adventure Club’s president, Yuiga Isshin, who was staring at some sort of photograph.

His focused expression had a touch of gloominess. But such things could not really be helped, was  what Yuu thought.

The other day, when they went looking for Nanana’s Collection in the Hot Springs Town, they challenged the ruins that they found, worked real hard and cleared them. They were so glad to get their hands on the contents of the treasure chest. But the Nanana Collection that they thought they finally obtained was, unbelievably, a dummy left behind by someone. In the end, they couldn’t get our hands on the Nanana Collection and everything sadly ended in vain.

There was no mistaking that Isshin-sama was fairly shocked.

Whenever she looked at him in this lethargic state, she would get so angry that she steamed in anger. She didn’t know just exactly who did it, but when she found the person who screwed with them by leaving a dummy behind she would definitely give them a beating.

While she was firmly making this pledge inside her head, Yuu showed a smile and quietly put a teacup in front of Isshin.

「Isshin-sama, I poured some tea for you.」

((The teapot that needs no tea-leaves)), it’s official name being ((Xian Cha Fei)), created so called Xian tea from just pouring hot water in it. Xian tea had all kinds of benefits attached to it, among which is a relaxing effect.

She wanted him to be even a little bit more happy from this.

「Thanks, Yuu.」

Isshin’s gently smiling expression made Yuu’s heart beat in her chest.

Looking at Isshin who was drinking his tea, Yuu was thinking.

Why does this person’s smile make me feel this way? I want him to show me more of these smiles. I want him to only show them to me.

However, Yuu understood well that Isshin was popular with a lot of girls. The number of girls who had their hearts stolen by his gentle smile and gentleman-like manner wasn’t small. I must make it an established fact that he cannot just with anyone.

If I do that, then in name and in reality Isshin-sama will be mine and mine only.

Isshin-sama is certainly a guy, and I’m a girl. However, Isshin is an intelligent type of handsome man, so I’m confident that I’ll be able to beat him in terms of strength. Kagetora was rolling around on the floor and Yuu had an evil and sadistic look on her face as she kept pouring the piping hot water on him.

From the mercilessness of Yuu’s immediate response, Kagetora, who was supposed to have endured receiving all kinds of torture as a shinobi, started shuddering from the bottom of his heart.
