She’d definitely do it without even batting an eye. And even worse, in this world, the entire party involved could be held responsible, and maybe in the absolutely worst-case scenario, the entire clan of the person who tried to make a counterfeit would be placed in jeopardy?

Yeah, now I see why it would be difficult to forge something like that, and that’s probably why this lady was fine with just casting a brief glance at the badge, so it should probably be okay to leave this as it is now.

「…We would like you to make socks for us, right? 」

Since Rutina didn’t say anything, I responded instead, even though Rutina probably didn’t want it that way though.

「Yes, of course. What color would you like them to be? 」

「What are the ones we can choose from? 」

「The standard black, white and light pink. Black is the most beautiful and slender color, but white would look good on these ladies. 」

So they have a number of colors to choose from, huh? Nice.

「If that’s standard, then is black okay with you? 」 I ask Roxanne and the others.

「Yes. I’ll leave it up to you, master. 」

「Black it is then. 」

Roxanne says that black is fine, so I go with black.

「I’ll need three pieces of Mithril Thread per person as raw materials, and I’ll need you to pay me 1,000 nars when it’s finished. 」

「I’d like to order enough for five women here. 」

「Five pairs of socks? Understood. 」

「Okay, then, let’s go to the new Labyrinth. 」

Not having to repeat the boss battle on the 45th floor is the only relief for me here. I’m not too sure about all of us having enough of fighting the Floor Boss on the 45th floor though, so I will welcome us changing to the new Labyrinth with open arms. Yeah, the fact that we will be entering a whole new labyrinth means that our company is pretty black. Regardless of what Roxanne may say.

I am forcing the girls to enter a Labyrinth, where the risk of death is always close by. We didn’t reflect on that enough. Well, we have no choice but to do so in order to earn a living in this world, so even if we were to reflect on it, the answer would probably be the same.

If we gave up halfway through, then clearing the Labyrinths and earning a living here would become impossible. Well, maybe not completely impossible, but definitely much harder.

「Yes. Something like the 46th floor is totally doable for us now. 」

Thanks to that, Roxanne-sensei was motivated once more. What she says is true, actually. Even if Miria were to continue to fail her attempts at petrifying the monsters I don’t think we’ll be in any danger in the Floor Boss fight on the 45th floor. Whether it’s the 46th floor or a little higher, we should be able to manage somehow.

After all, Miria will probably continue to play an active role in our battle strategy, and we can think about what to do if Miria’s petrification stops working when it actually happens to us.

「Well, yeah. 」

「I feel like we could even reach the 47th or 48th floor like that! 」

「I think it’s a good idea to take a step forward to get closer to conquering the Labyrinth for the sake of the Lord’s Assembly. I have no problem with that. 」

So Rutina is also planning to go along with that plan? Well, it can’t be helped.

「Shall we go then? 」

「Yes! 」

When I created a Warp portal on the wall to move, Roxanne rushed in first. She must be too eager to get to the new place.

「…Let’s all go as well. 」

「Okay. 」

I followed behind her.

We entered a new Labyrinth after going quite a distance. It wasn’t a huge amount, but it felt like my MP had decreased quite a bit. At this rate, I’ll need to go to the Quratar’s Labyrinth on the way back to replenish my MP.

「What’s wrong, Roxanne? 」

「Sorry, but since this is the new Labyrinth, I got excited and jumped in first. 」
When I asked Roxanne, who had jumped in with maximum enthusiasm, she looked slightly guilty, and that’s the answer I got. So that’s why she jumped in first, huh? Come to think of it, when I was brought to this Labyrinth by an adventurer, I was using Field Walker, so Roxanne was the first to charge in as a countermeasure against monsters.
