Interlude: Hermes’ Melancholy

Vasa and Albert had both noticed something was off with Hermes.

And Hermes himself knew they were bewildered by his rising irritation.

「It’s because of those fools. Lately, I’ve been a bit short with everyone.」

He made no effort to hide his frustration. As far as he was concerned, it was all the fools’ fault.

Albert bowed deeply.
