Episode 39: Healing and Recovery
In the afternoon, after practicing mana control with Selen-sama, we headed to the library to study human anatomy.

Since the lessons are focused on individual training, Selen-sama and I continue practicing mana control and studying human anatomy in the library.
As the morning class ended and we were heading to the courtyard for lunch, Cantera called out to me.
「Ren, I have something I want to ask about scouts. Could I have a bit of your time during the lunch break?」
「If you don’t mind Selen-sama joining us, that’s fine with me.」
「No problem. I’ll head to the courtyard.」
Stratos invited us for lunch, but I declined since I was helping Cantera with his consultation. I realized that I hadn’t had lunch alone with Selen-sama recently.
As I was thinking about this, Cantera arrived, and we started discussing while having our meal.
「Currently, we aren’t expected to do any advanced reconnaissance. What kind of actions will be required when we are?」
「I think it’s important to communicate information clearly. It’s good practice to always focus on delivering even the smallest details in an easy-to-understand way.」
「I see. Constant communication, regardless of the content, could be excellent training.」

「That sounds great! I’ll look for that as well.」
Cantera kept asking many questions, causing our meal to pause frequently, but Selen-sama and I both worked hard to think through the answers together.
However, our lunch break wasn’t nearly enough time.
At Selen-sama’s suggestion, we decided to continue the conversation over dinner at the central dining hall after the day’s classes ended.
Hearing this, Cantera happily returned to his afternoon individual training.

But the best part of today is that I’ll get to have dinner with Selen! I can’t wait to see her in casual clothes. I’m so excited!
I’m hoping the afternoon training finishes quickly.

Episode 41: Negative Aura
After finishing the afternoon classes, I made plans to meet Cantera at the central dining hall, then returned to the girls’ dormitory.
Selen-sama mentioned that she was going to change clothes, as she wanted to freshen up, so we went to the large bath to wash off a light sweat before changing into our casual clothes and heading to the dining hall.
Cantera was already waiting in front of the dining hall.
As we were about to head to a private room together, I suddenly felt a cold chill run down my back.
At the same time, my 〘Sacred Eye〙 reacted, and when I turned to look, Prince Zex was glaring at us.
I assumed he was still bitter about the duel, so I ignored him and entered the private room to start our meal.
Most of our conversation revolved around tactics.

It’s normal not to have any experience fighting monsters.
I was happy that my experience as a hunter could be helpful to Cantera.

After parting ways with Cantera, Selen-sama and I started walking back to the girls’ dorm.

When I looked, Prince Zex was glaring at us.

I was waiting at the central dining hall to have dinner with Selen and Selen-sama, when the two of them arrived.
When I saw Selen in her light blue dress matching her hair, I was so captivated I forgot to breathe… She was just too cute.
Even though I asked a lot about scouting during the meal, Selen’s casual outfit was so adorable that I couldn’t focus.
Plus, I hadn’t noticed this while she was in her uniform, but she has an amazing figure…
I tried not to stare too much to avoid being seen as weird, but I definitely burned the image into my memory.
