Chapter 112

The moment Lenia had been created by the great evil god Caravis, constraints to prevent the powers and spirituality within her from unleashing had been put in place in the deepest part of her soul. Hence, she had never activated her full powers from birth to reincarnation. Nevertheless, Lenia’s overwhelming powers were sufficient for her to rival the true gods and compete for the title of the strongest creature on the ground.

For someone like Lenia, her most arduous battle was also the one that had brought the greatest humiliation to her—the battle between the Seven Heroes and the armies of the nations which protected them.

The Seven Braves had done Dragon—who Lenia worshipped as the father of her soul—wrong. Against these seven, Lenia had mustered all her power in a bid to avenge Dragon. Within her, anger and hatred that almost shattered Caravis’s restraints boiled.

Presently, as Lenia faced the Seven Heroes, an even greater power surged within her.

Dran had temporarily loosened Caravis’s shackles, allowing Lenia to better exert her true power for the time being. She had spirituality and overall power comparable to the great gods like Mairahl and Aldeath. Yet, she remained overwhelmed by her tremendous power and seemed to be waist-deep in a sea of unseen defeat.

This closed space was proof that there was someone who could eventually overpower and defeat Lenia. Hence, it had been built with a focus on robustness for this very battle. It was similar to the enclosed space where Dran had fought against the great sorcerer, Bastrell, and Lenia’s feet were resting upon a limitless dark brown ground. Above her was a blue sky that stretched to the ends of the world as well.

Lenia was wearing a white uniform with a blue collar and sleeves, an attire designated by Galois Magic Academy. Her youthful and beautiful face, one that was worthy of being termed the masterpiece of skilled doll makers, was revealing joy that buried her humiliation. Not a trace of anger bubbled in her heart.

Around Lenia, a spirituality akin to that of the great gods had been released. As a result, her divine beast upper body, one that had been crafted in the image of the Ancient-Celestial Dragon Dragon, had taken form. Even now, she still retained the will to fight.

There was hardly anyone on the ground who could rival Lenia at peak strength, let alone defeat her. Most of the gods seated in the heavens and the evil gods lurking in the demon realm were inferior in spirituality to Lenia. There was no way the creatures of the ground, creations of the gods, could ever be a match for Lenia when she was wielding her true powers.

Yet, Lenia was forced to refrain from hurting her opponent despite having control of her full powers. All she could do was slowly progress step by step as she stared down at her opponent, intimidating them.

The one facing Lenia was not Dran.

Dran, who was the reincarnation of the Ancient-Celestial Dragon Dragon, had his soul weakened after his rebirth. However, there was no doubt that he continued to reign as the world’s strongest fighter. In a fight with Lenia, Dran could easily wallop Lenia without suffering a single scratch from her.

Lenia’s delighted gaze was directed above her, where a girl was standing in the air.

The expression on this girl’s face was telling of her distaste at Lenia’s uncontrollably joyous look. It was as though she was on the verge of yelling out that there was nothing more unpleasant in this world than Lenia’s radiant joy.

The girl’s dazzling silver hair, a color that would shame the silver of the world, fluttered. Her displeased golden eyes narrowed and glistened viciously. Rather than having a curvy figure, her slender frame was elegant, and her innocent features made her seem similar in age to Lenia.

The bright red loafers on the girl’s feet were paired with black stockings, a red jumper skirt, a white blouse with frills, and a pale scarf around her neck. This particular attire seemed to be out of place in the civilization and culture of the planet Lenia and Dran resided. Rather, this girl belonged to the six pillars and was one of the Ancient-Celestial Dragons like Dran—Alexander.

For some reason, Alexander was engaged in a sham battle in the enclosed space with her niece. Alexander had yet to acknowledge Lenia, and though she did not wish to kill Lenia, she certainly did not mind beating Lenia to a pulp.

Alexander’s displeasure had been sparked by a simple matter. Those who knew her would not find it hard to guess what it was.

After successfully confessing her true thoughts to her beloved brother Dran, Alexander freely interpreted the invitation to come and visit at any time. Even though she restrained herself from doing so every day, she still descended to the ground once every two or three days.

Thankfully, these consecutive yet brief descents by Alexander were only meant as visits to her reincarnated brother. The dragons on the ground could not make adequate preparations to welcome the great—in fact, rather unfortunate—descent of the Ancient-Celestial Dragon. As a result, they were simply relieved of such a hassle.

In the course of Alexander’s numerous descents, Dran could only smile bitterly at the difference in her attitude from the past whenever they met. In the end, he had asked Alexander for a favor to train Lenia.

Lenia had already attained the harmony of body and soul. Moreover, she was close to recovering powers as formidable as that of her past life. Once Lenia accomplished this, even the Water Dragon Emperor Ryoukichi, and the Vampire Queen Dramina would be no match for her nor suitable training partners for her.

Naturally, Dran would be the only one capable of training Lenia. However, he was occupied today and could not conduct Lenia’s training. Alexander was thus tasked with this job.

When Lenia had encountered the former Dragon from a distance, she had trembled with excitement. She had marveled at the creature before her, the root of all their existences and the one who was her father. Presently, Lenia was experiencing the same wealth of emotions. Alexander, too, possessed unfathomable strength, and Lenia was drowning in a sea of unmistakable exhilaration.

On the other hand, Alexander’s feelings were as such.

In order to meet her beloved brother, Alexander had dashed to the creatures temporarily residing in the dragon realm. In a state of frenzy, she had asked about the cutest clothes in the realm. Then, she had followed their pointers to get dressed in this manner, yet her brother had gone off to attend to errands and failed to meet her. Instead, she was left to deal with this divine beast.

If Alexander had been fond of Lenia, she would not feel so pissed off.

Unfortunately, Alexander detested Lenia to the bone.

Not only was Lenia extremely chummy with Dran, but the abominable Caravis had even made Lenia using Dran’s genes.

There was no reason for Alexander to be fond of Lenia.

There was one other aspect that sparked even greater resentment of Lenia in Alexander. Her sister, Leviathan, who never paid attention to anyone, had acknowledged the existence of Lenia—though, it was more accurate to say that Leviathan simply left Lenia as she was.

Moreover, Lenia simply failed to notice Alexander’s blatant animosity.

Lenia’s beautiful eyes, reminiscent of large jewels, sparkled with admiration and respect for Alexander; there was not a trace of antipathy in them.

The relationship between the two was akin to that of a story, where a cruel stepmother or mother-in-law was picking on the main character.

Above all, it was most unpleasant and unacceptable to Alexander that Lenia had called her over in that manner with those sparkling eyes.

「Ah, younger sister of my respected father. My powers are like dust to you. Well, please show me your formidable powers once more, Aunt Alexander!」

「Who the hell is your aunt?! I’m not old enough to be called that!」

Lenia had addressed Alexander as her aunt as Alexander was the younger sister of her father, Dran. Despite Leviathan pointing out this fact to Alexander, Alexander adamantly refused this particular form of address.
