Chapter 239

When Lenia mentioned plans to train with the young dragons Vaje, Winchant, and Kalubord who were visiting Bern village at the moment, a huge wave of shock swept across Kushli, Aznar, and the female dragon clerk. The others simply accepted the idea in understanding.

Unlike Kushli and Aznar, Sierra and Nelneshia already knew about the training sessions between Dran and Phenia last year. They had since grown numb to such occurrences, and training with dragons was not a particularly unthinkable thought.

Everyone else present either tilted their heads or looked at the clerk curiously, not understanding her words. As for Lenia, she ignored the comment.

「Last year, those who trained us included individuals close to Water Dragon Emperor Ryoukichi. I don’t think anyone can claim to be stronger than her or those close to her.」

In fact, Ryoukichi, her daughter, and the seven primordial dragons had been part of last year’s unprecedented training. Lenia was the only one among the magic academy’s students who knew about this, leading her to only mention Ryoukichi’s name.

Aosui replied with a smile on her face, though she did not reveal any eagerness for business.

After this short visit to Aosui’s shop with its rather imposing name, Lenia led the bunch from Galois Magic Academy through the throngs of people and marched toward the smell of tantalizing food—a fragrance that was making their stomachs grumble and their mouths salivate.

Kushli and Aznar were still in disbelief as they were overwhelmed with horror. Moreover, their mental states were slowly being worn out by Lenia’s immense boldness. In the eyes of these two, it was suicidal and foolishly heroic to confront adult dragons.

Though, dragon worshippers would certainly think differently. Kushli looked back at several dragon worshippers passing by and formed this thought. As cold sweat dripped down his cheeks and forehead, he urged Lenia to change her mind.

「Heeey! Lenia-senpai! This is impossible! How can you even think of training with dragons?! Besides, these are adult dragons with great intelligence!
