Chapter 1.5. Land of minotaurs.

After grueling trial by combat, Kragor emerged victorious – covered in scars, but adorned with pride! He strode confidently inside Mercenary guild, wearing newly fashioned cape crafted from very same beast he slew.

Lion’s head rested atop Kragor’s horns, serving as fearsome hood that only enhances minotaur’s natural intimidation factor. Its golden fur shimmered beneath sun’s rays, as if alive once more, hearkening back to wild origin! Glinting eyes seemed almost alive, watching those passing by warily, with eternal vigilance! Lilith watched her companion preen with mixture of amusement and relief. While proud of his achievement, part of her wondered what impact newfound fame will have on humble warrior.

– Look out world! – Kragor called jovially to no one in particular: – Your next conqueror is here! – he threw back his head in laughter: – Oh ho, ho!
