As Lilith and her companions approached Gornagog – they beheld a sight of awe-inspiring grandeur. The port town sprawled before them, its towers reaching skyward, like minotaur sentinels guarding ancient secrets.

Built at the nexus of land and sea, Gornagog stood as a testament to minotaurs’ ingenuity. Its sturdy walls gleamed in sunlight, crafted from stone, quarried deep within surrounding mountains – those same peaks that hemmed it on all sides, save northwest’s forest-clad escarpment from where travelers like Lilith arrived.

The ocean stretched endlessly to southeastward horizons – an ever-shifting expanse of blue rippling against sun-washed shores. This watery realm was more than mere backdrop though! Gornagog served as launching point for bold Minotaur raiding parties, seeking glory and plunder across distant continents, and sometimes even kingdoms of the Dark Continent as well.

Lilith gazed upon all this with a mercenary’s eye – taking stock of strategic strengths and weaknesses alike.
