Chapter 26: Orc Guard’s Soliloquy (Part 1)

~Dreaming Maiden’s Soliloquy ①~

I am an Orc Guard. I don’t have a name yet.

The other day, I met a certain “someone” and found my purpose in life.

And that purpose is to have that person eat me.

I am not good at talking with other people.

Whenever I try to speak out what’s on my mind, I end up stuttering and can’t get my point across.

However, I will be very disappointed if I still can’t speak well the next time I meet that person.

If that happens, I won’t get another chance to have that person eat me again… I’m sure of that.

That is why I decided to practice “talking to someone” in my head starting today.

It is such a wonderful thing to be able to understand the languages of other races.

From now on, I will strive to acquire various knowledge and devote myself every day so that that person can relish deliciously in eating me.

I am a former Orc Guard.

Recently, adventurers started calling me “Shinku”.

Today, I would like to talk about this name and recent events.

In search of even greater strength, I left the Forest of Eternal Darkness and wandered around.

During that journey, I was attacked by various monsters and humans… I repelled them all.

Ah, I did not kill humans though.

Humans can teach me a lot of things, so I just drove them away!

I borrowed a weapon called a “Halberd’ that was left behind by the adventurers when they fled…

A few days later, I found a small dungeon. After entering it, I encountered various monsters and a rather strong boss, but I managed to defeat them all.

I knew a little about dungeons, so I exited using the exit magic circle… and re-entered from the entrance, and challenged the dungeon several times.

After defeating the boss for the fourth time, my body began to heat up again… I had become an [Orc Queen].

After becoming an orc queen, I was taking a leisurely break in the shade of a tree. When an adventurer party passed by, I approached closer from the shadows to see if I could listen in on their conversation.

That was when I got caught peeking…

At that time, it seemed that my whole body was red with the blood of the monsters and bosses in the dungeon. The adventurers fled after seeing me, but from that time on, various adventurers began to call me “Shinku”.

(TL Note: “Shinku” means deep crimson in japanese.)

I have received a very cute name, but I wonder if that person will like it… I am a little worried.

Oh, and that’s not all.

The adventurers were using something called “status”, and I learned a lot about myself when I tried to imitate what I saw.

My name has also become Shinku. I am so lucky. The adventurers are my teachers, after all!

So, among the “skills”, there was [Humanization]. When I tested it, it seemed that I could transform into a human!

I was so excited!

With this, I will be able to get the “Smooth and Busty” body that those adventurers were talking about!

And I was also excited that I could learn a lot of new things by heading to the city!
