Inyouchuu Gaiden Chapter 1 Part 3

It was a tall and gorgeous woman with long and silver hair and wearing a long white overcoat. Her long hair, which was reaching far below her waist, was tied up behind her head. Her chest was so beautifully shaped that it was attractive even from the point of view of another woman. Even from the top of her clothes, you could see that her flesh would draw a perfect semicircle and point upwards as if to invite the members of the opposite sex to just lodge themselves in between those bountiful hills. Even though she was wearing proper clothes, they were hardly even trying to hide her skin from her neck and below that point, and the witness and smoothness of her skin resembled that of a genuine sculpture, making it hard for any onlookers to avert their gaze from the woman. The way in which her chest would bounce up and down heavily with every single breath was so alluring that it even made Mikoto swallow down her saliva unintentionally.

Her slender legs extended from her black miniskirt. The black stockings she was wearing seemed to contain her plump and thick thighs inside of it, the line where the edge of the stockings were gently pushing up her thighs’ meat was really working on the imagination. Everything about that woman served to emphasize her beauty and inspire sensuality in others. Her swollen hips were hidden behind her coat, so Mikoto could not see them clearly, but she was sure that her butt was also nice and round, and it must have had peach-like smoothness to it.

Her features were so spotless and so perfect that to a certain extent she looked just like a porcelain doll. Her eyes, which were slightly hanging, were centered on the youmas right before them. As for her age…… was she in her twenties at best? No, maybe slightly older than that?

She had two pistols in her hands as well. Their barrels, which shone in bright gray, giving off an exquisite beauty, just like their owner. Their muzzles were still pointed at the tentacle that managed to catch Mikoto off guard……

「W-Why the hell are you even here……!?」

For a moment, Mikoto forgot even the situation she was in, and she let out a maddened voice right in the next moment. She knew this woman very well. There was no way that she would ever be able to forget her.

That woman was in the same line of profession as the Shiratori sisters: an Exorcist. As for her affiliation, she belonged to the White Cat Extermination Agency’s Branch Office. As for her name ——

Her name was Kokonoe Kyouko.

「Kyouko-san!」

Takeru raised her voice happily.

Then, as if that cheer was some sort of a cue for action, the tentacles that had been gripping Mikoto so far began to move. Kyoko, who easily killed their companions just now, might have sensed the incoming danger with the help of her well-trained senses. The attacking tentacles intersected, transforming into a single gigantic serpent, approaching the White Woman with a speed that far surpassed the reaction speed of any human being. Their tip also created a sword-like sharpness.

「Tsk!」

Kyouko clicked her tongue and fired her gun, which she held in her left hand, at the tentacle coming towards her. Then there was that “whoosh” sound again.

However, the tentacles easily dodged this shot. Using a gun against a target was pretty easy, as long as you could catch your opponent by surprise and that opponent was not moving too much. The sharp edge of the tentacles’ tip approached Kyoko’s chest at an astonishing speed.

「Noo!」

Takeru shouted again. This time her voice seemed to contain a huge dose of impatience to itself.

「Shit……」

Kyoko managed to narrowly dodge the attack, and then she took aim and took another shot. One shot, two shots, three shots—— the spraying sound would follow every time that she happened to pull the trigger, but sadly all of them happened to be missed. At the same time, the youma extended dozens more tentacles from its torso. All at once they stretched towards the white woman. And all of the tips of those small tentacles were as sharp as the sharpest knives.

「Watch out!」

Takeru screamed out loud once more. But Kyoko avoided the attack with so much grace as if she was dancing. Her long silver hair swung and her coat flared. Her movements were so fast that Mikoto blinked her eyes in a fast manner, as if she could not believe what she was seeing. But even so, she was unable to overturn the situation when she was so tremendously outnumbered. It seemed like it was only a matter of time before she would be caught by the tentacles.

「Oh! For fuck’s……!!」

For a moment, Kyoko’s leg was caught on one of the smaller tentacles. She lost her balance and slightly stopped moving for a split of a second. A look of impatience appeared on her face at that time. There was no way the youma would miss that chance. Its snake-like body rushed in a straight line to pierce the white woman’s forehead.

「Kyouko!」

The worst possible scenario just so happened to flash inside of Mikoto’s mind. However, the tip of the tentacle stopped just before piercing Kyoko’s forehead in earnest.

「Well, what a shame. And you were so close, too. Better luck next time.」

The look of impatience disappeared from the woman’s face. Instead, a smile emerged on top of her lips. She held the muzzle in her right hand and aimed it straight to the center of the tentacle. Still, the tentacles did not move as if it was stiff frozen in place. No, the truth was that it was no longer able to move, even if it wanted to. The miniature bounded field created by the missing bullets had completely sealed the tentacle’s main body.

「Once a small fry, always a small fry…… Once trash, always trash……」

The woman then laughed coldly. A strong murderous intent was contained in the spun of her words. But those were normal words, not the words of power. However, they carried around the same amount of weight and raw force. A force so powerful that it gave goosebumps to the skin of Mikoto, who was also an Exorcist. Kyouko then concentrated all of her spiritual power toward the muzzles of her guns. And then ——

「Die.」

CLICK!

The trigger of her gun was pulled along with the words that turned the youma into dust in an instant.

「So, are you guys okay? Are you injured anywhere?」

Kyoko laughed as if the murderous intent she had just expressed was a lie or an illusion. The rescued Shiratori sisters were speechless. Both of them happened to work with the White Exorcist on several occasions before, but they could never get used to her natural ferocity and unique way of exorcizing the youmas. The word ‘overwhelming’ would be a good way to describe Kyouko with a single word.

「…… No? Great! Oh well, I guess that this marks the end of this gig, huh?」

While patting Mikoto’s head Kyouko laughed as if she just heard the greatest joke in the entire world. Her appearance just now was that of a normal and ordinary person, with not even the slightest bit of the bloodlust and murderous intent she had when fighting the youmas visible in her appearance.

「Ahh, umm……」

Takeru opened her mouth to say something, but Kyoko gently waved her hand at the two and then left the room.

This was the reunion of the Shiratori sisters and Kokonoe Kyouko after a long absence from one another’s lives.

The next morning ——

「Uhh, uuuu~~hhh!!!」

Kokonoe Kyouko woke up in a room assigned to her at the Youma Research Institute. When she woke up she did not feel so good. She felt dull and her entire body felt really heavy for some reason. This is what she would look like the very next morning after she had exorcized the most of the youma roaming the institute’s premises.

The reason as to why Kyoko was in this place was because she received a request to exorcize the youmas from the “White Cat Extermination Brigade’s Branch Office”. As for the client’s wish, it was simply for the runaway youmas to be captured or exterminated. That was the request, more or less. She never thought she would come to meet the Shiratori sisters here of all places……

(I see that the client must have taken one hell of an insurance on this one, huh?)

It all did not sit right with Kyouko. Well, as for her, she did not like the existence of the Youma Research Institute in the first place. She generally did not like the idea of researching demons and mystics and turning that research into cash.
