Mind you, that does not mean that it cannot be done, but so far, anyone who has tried to confront him in a head-on, one on one battle failed miserably and lost their life, so if I were to offer any advice, it would most definitely be not to go in the footsteps of your predecessors and try to confront him that way.」

Star Authority. . . that is the highest form of Authority that can exist in Little Garden, and all of them are related either to the sun or other planets, and the Gifts that they grant to whoever possesses them are all exceptionally powerful. They might be used either as a medium for the summoning of the most transcendent of beings from among the strongest of mythological species or used a catalyst for the creation of powerful, unrivalled kinds of weaponry.

Naturally born Divine Spirits, Pureblood Dragons and Celestial Star Spirits.

These three races are universally known as the three most powerful races standing at the very top of the racial hierarchy of Little Garden, inhabitants of which treat them all with fear and respect.

(Earth’s Celestial Star Spirit, huh. . . well, if there are Celestial Star Spirits related to other stars and planets, then it would make sense for Earth to also have at least one of those as well. . . but just the thought that the one possessing the Authority over it is someone who is hell-bent on wiping out humanity.)

That was exactly the point that Indra was trying to drive home. As long as humans will remain the species that originated from Earth, there is going to be no human being capable of defeating 「The King of Murderous Species」.

Since Little Garden is the Third Observable Universe, a place connected to the past, present and the future, then it might be possible to recreate not only the history of humanity itself, but also the history of the entire planet.

However. . . one question that has yet to be answered is the one of why would a Celestial Star Spirit tied to Earth would wish for the complete annihilation of humanity in the first place?

Asuka and You looked at each other while tilting their necks in confusion. To their understanding, Celestial Star Spirits should have been pretty much like the personifications of the planets and stars, or their main aspects that they have been representing. Going by that logic, it should have been impossible for more than one of such Celestial Star Spirits to exist, because two or more Spirits cannot embody the same aspect.

「Not the only Celestial Star Spirit of the Blue Star? How is that possible?」

「Because, strictly speaking, 「The King of Murderous Species」 in not a normal Celestial Star Spirit. To be exact, they are a Half Celestial Star Spirit.」

「. . . Half Celestial Star Spirit? How does that make them different from a regular Celestial Star Spirit?」
