However, Demon Lord Typhon reacted to his words in a completely different way than Izayoi was expecting from him.

「A Star Particle Bodies researcher… Saigo…. Touya’s son…. You say…?!!!」

Up until now his eyes have been clouded by a hazy mist, but as soon as he heard Izayoi’s father’s name, that mist has all but disappeared and his eyes have been shut widely open. Summoning every last bit of his remaining strength, Typhon used all of his power to stand back up.

「Don’t you dare fucking mocking me like that, you son of a bitch!!! You… how dare you even show your face before me, offspring of the great sinner?!!! The reason why the world is facing such a crisis now, and the reason that the heart of my poor Avatar is failing now is all because your bastard of a father betrayed us….!!!!!!」

「Wha…..???」

「Do you even realize what your father did to us?! He dug up my Avatar from the depths of Crete and lied to him that what he was doing would help to save the world… but you know what happened instead of that?! Even though Typhon was seriously wounded and literally on the verge of death, the force behind his gaze right now would definitely be enough to kill Gods, Buddha’s and Shura’s. His anger and desire for vengeance were so great that he didn’t even mind turning himself into 「The Enemy of the World」…. And he was directing all of that anger and rage he felt towards the single person standing within his reach.

Typhon shouted with unspeakable frustration hidden behind each and every word, and then he finally collapsed into Izayoi’s arms due to the exhaustion finally claiming him. It should go without saying that this lament of his was filled with all the sadness, resentment and anger that both Typhon and his Avatar were feeling.

The person who went down in history as the Minotaur was supposed to be the foundation responsible for the suppression of the catastrophic eruption beneath Crete, and later he has been awoken by Izayoi’s father, and this time offered himself to help with saving the world.

「Then move you ass over here and help us, would you?! We have about three hours before the entire continent of Atlantis sinks, so we have to gather as many people as we possibly can and evacuate them by then!」

「Alright, I get it.」

Izayoi only gave Homura a short answer before he hung up the call. He then laid Typhon on the ground and activated his own B.D.A, after which he placed his hand on Typhon’s mask and put all of his strength into it.

「This time, it is my turn to help you. There is a saying that the sins of the father shall be visited upon the son… but once you wake up, promise me you’ll tell me about various things, okay?」

About his father, Saigo Touya. About Star Particle Bodies research. About the crisis that the world is facing right now.

Izayoi turned on his B.D.A and focused all of his determination on his desire to challenge all of these mysteries.

The light that he then started to emit illuminated all of the mountains of the sinking continent of Atlantis with a light that was brilliant… yet somehow sad at the same time.
