「Also, you there, kid. I understand your anger, but even my brother-in-law has a wound in his heart that cannot be erased which is difficult to deal with, but nevertheless, I want you to accept an apology from me on his behalf.」

When Shuten-douji lowered his head, everyone present was surprised.

「I am truly sorry for my brother-in-law’s rudeness. Please forgive him!」

「Oi, big brother!」

「How can you possibly bow your head before one of the 『Twelve Devas』?!」

「Come on, both of you!! Who do you think your brother-in-law bowed his head for?」

Shiroyasha yelled at the two Great Sages who were still furious and effectively silenced them.

Bhima, unable to wrap his head around his intentions, glared at Shuten-douji with a dubious face.

「…I don’t understand. Why are you bowing your head to me? No, really now, aren’t not only our commander, but also every member of the 『Twelve Devas』your sworn enemies?」

「Of course, you’re right in saying that. But I can also say that I understand your anger and where it’s coming from. I remember the time when the Seven Stars War broke out, and no matter what I do, I can’t help it but to get angry from the bottom of my stomach whenever I think about it.」

Shuten-douji then took a deep breath. The reason why the Seven Stars War broke out in the first place was because they tried to rescue a single Half Celestial Spirit.

When one of the Half Celestial Spirits, Seiten Taisei, also known as Son Goku, was about to lose her life due to a plot planned by the Jade Emperor, Seven Great Sages all made the decision to fall from grace and become Demon Lords in order to save their leader.
Her life may have been filled with 「sins」, but in order to prove that she was never truly「evil」, six Demon Lords risked their lives for her.

「Bhima, incarnation of Fuuten. You also raised your fists for the sake of your brother’s honor. But denying that anger now means denying our past anger as well. We both have a grudge against each other, that much is true, but the things that our souls cherish should be exactly the same. Am I wrong?」

「So let us bow our heads again, Bhima, so that you could leave this place with my heartfelt apology.」

Shuten-douji slowly tilted his body one more time, But Bhima blocked him with both his hands.

「No, it doesn’t make sense to have you, who spent his life as a wanderer, bow twice. This time it’s my turn to bow. I’m sorry for raising my hand against your brother first, Saurian Demon Lord.」

Bhima, who turned to face Koryuu, slowly lowered his head. At this point, neither Koryuu nor Karyou could say or do anything against it. If he does not receive an apology, Shuten-doji will be humiliated, and even the justice of the past Seven Star War will be questioned.

Gritting his teeth, Koryuu nodded his head, and Bhima immediately stood up.

He tarnished his 『Guest Master Authority』allowed anger to take him over and was about to use a black Geass Roll. If he had acted like a Demon Lord now, he would have been severely punished.

However, Karyou stood in his way as if to protect Koryuu.

「Please wait, big brother and Shiroyasha-sama. If you’re going to punish my second brother’s anger, I won’t be able to keep quiet either, especially since I was the one who wanted to harm that parson for their rudeness first.」
「I know. But there are other spectators here. We can’t afford to just let it slide without any punishment at all.」

Shiroyasha nodded at Shuten-douji’s words.

「It’s okay, Karyo. As it happens, I need an extra pair of hands, so I’m thinking about having Koryuu act as the Organizer in the second round of the War. Is that fine with you, Koryuu?」

「Yes. Everything to fix the same that I brought to my brother.」

Koryuu accepted his punishment while combing his hair back.

Now that the matter has hopefully been settled for good with this, 「The Demon Lord of the White Night」unfolded her fan in front of her face and burst out into laughter.

「All right, and with that, the sermon time is officially over! Now then, the second round of the War is going to be held up in a rather large place, so we could use all the helping hands that we can to carry it out!」

「A large place? And… does that mean that there’s going to be more than one organizer helping with the next round?」

「Precisely! Heracles is the Organizer helping with just the first round, but when it comes to the second round, I asked more people and organizations to lend us a hand! And since the first round is held in a land that I had no personal interest in, I don’t have many connections there, and that’s why I couldn’t be of help myself!」

Koryuu and the others looked at each other curiously and tilted their heads in confusion. So even someone like Shiroyasha, one of the oldest of the Demon Lords of Little Garden openly admitted that Atlantis was of no interest to her so far?

「I’ve got a bad feeling about asking about this… but what exactly are you planning to do for the second round of the War, and where is it going to be held?」

「Umu! If you want to know so badly, then listen and be surprised! The second stage of the War is going to be held in…!」

When he heard where the second stage of the 2nd War for the Sun’s Authority was going to be located, even he couldn’t help it but to raise a voice of surprise, since even he didn’t expect such a place to be picked up out of all the possible options.

Unfortunately for him though, there’s nothing that he can do about it now since he is still bound to Arjuna’s body.

Unless he chooses to fully hijack Arjuna/Krishna’s body, then he’s still going to be limited to only looking at the outside world in such a way. However, if he were to take such a drastic course of action, then there is no way that the members of 『Twelve Devas』led by Indra, King of the Gods would stay silent about it and allow him to do as he pleases. And with his current strength, it would be reckless to risk having a head-on clash with 「The Heavenly Army」. For the time being, the only way for him to survive is to continue borrowing his power to Krishna. But if he could somehow become free… that would be another story entirely.

(Freedom, huh? Yeah, that sounds nice, especially since once I get my freedom back, I will have all the time in the world to play with the pieces I currently have in my hands. And once I become fully revived, it might be nice to see those brothers dance to the melody I’ll play for them…)

… and show off my dignity as member of the crown species. He made an oath like that in his heart.

Anyway, the first round of the War is going to be the stage where Demon Lord Typhon, otherwise known as 「The Youngest Child of Gaia」, will get his time in the spotlight. If his aim is to truly wage a war against the Gods of Little Garden to overthrow its current order, then it is his duty as a pioneer to patiently wait and see what exactly he is going to do, observing the fruits of his handiwork from the best seat possible.

And if it just so happens that「The Youngest Child of Gaia」 should fail, that is going to be the signal for 「The King of Murderous Species」to spring into action.

Looking forward to when that time was going to come, 「The King of Murderous Species」drifted off to sleep once again.
