Volume 5 Chapter 111

After being declared the winner, I got off the arena and headed towards the elephant Beastman.

The battle started.

And his activation speed was quite fast.

He’s probably a Beastman that has the occupation of magic.

He strengthened his physical ability and wore a nearly perfect magical suit, so he, as you would think, has overpowered the Beast king soldier.

If Ryuushin won in his next match, he would face the deer Beastman.

In his next match, Ryuushin faced off against a wolf Beast king soldier.

This wolf Beastman is said to have the fastest attacks among the Beast king soldiers –

But he didn’t stand a chance against Ryuushin, who had learned partial dragonization.

Ryuushin flawlessly dodged all of the Beast king soldier’s “fast” attacks.

While the Beast king soldier was still surprised that Ryuushin had managed to evade all of his attacks, Ryuushin took advantage of that moment and did a leg sweep, which made him fall on his face, he then proceeded to aim at his face and swung his fist down.

Ryuushin’s fist stopped right in front of the Beast king soldier’s face. And so, the Beast king soldier acknowledged that he lost.

Third battle round, fifth match.

Merdie overwhelmingly won against the Beast king soldier.

Her opponent was not weak.

However, Merdie, who transformed her magic suit into an armor of flames and used some advanced martial arts skills, was far superior to him.

I only showed the flame armor to Merdie once.

She already flawlessly reproduced it.

As always, I was impressed at Merdie’s battle sense.

The third round, Round 6 and Round 7, were both fights between Beast King soldiers.

The panther Beastman who cut down the Unbeatable Target at the preliminaries fought with Leo, Merdie’s dad during the eight match of the third battle round.

Leo won.

He stopped the panther’s sword which he had cut the unbeatable target with, surprisingly, his bare arm.

Leo’s fist slammed into the panther beastman, who was surprised that he couldn’t even cut his skin, and he was blown out of the arena.
The final eight of the War God’s Strength Tournament was decided.

And the ones who were going to fight in the quarterfinals were –

Me vs Beast king soldier

Deer Beastman vs Ryuushin

Merdie vs Beast king soldier

Beast king soldier vs Leo

First off, I won the battle by blasting the Beast King soldier with a punch strengthened by my magic suit.

Then, faster than the deer beastmen could activate his magic, Ryuushin thrust his dragon claws at him and won.

Merdie and Leo won by crushing the Beast king soldiers they fought against.

Alright, time for the real deal.

The Beast King soldiers are quite strong compared to the average beastman, but they are still not as strong as those remaining guys who made it to the semifinals.

Ryuushin probably never showed me his complete power yet, and Merdie had that formidable battle sense.

I can’t let my guard down when I fight them.

I shouldn’t be arrogant because I easily defeated the Majin that caused Leo so much trouble during their fight.

I actually had some misgivings when I felt the fighting spirit wrapping Leo.

If my prediction was correct, then he –
