Commentary on the Previous Story:
‘The Story Ends, Yet History Continues’
Even if the protagonist dies, the nation he built continues to exist, and so history naturally marches forward.
Given the numerous hints about the Century of Civil War, it’s only natural to touch upon it briefly. As is often the case, the root causes of such civil wars or national turmoil can often be traced back to the “great founding figure” themselves.
The reassurance for readers is that the Romalia Empire, due to its “protagonist protection perk,” will survive up to at least 1,000 years into the future during Erestia III’s time—so long as it doesn’t take any “weird routes.” Beyond that, not even the author knows what will happen.
