Vol 05 Chapter 158: The First National Census

Along with the development of the Subject Rights Chart, the first national census was conducted.

Until now, in our country, the population was independently surveyed by each patrician, or it was conducted irregularly, such as during a change of kings. The land, for the most part, had not been measured until I became king.
