Chapter 2: City Wall
The Emperor’s army was now half a day of marching away from Elam.
They currently are on the shore of a lake filled with clear blue water. It was a nearby resort for the residents of Elam, and many luxurious villas were built there. There were boats of all sizes floating on the lake. During this time of the year, many people come to enjoy the sunbathing and boating here, but now there were hardly any people in sight.
It was already evening, and the camp preparations were complete. Theo decided to go and rent one of th villas to act as a temporary main camp for the time being.
In a hall covered with a huge carpet made in Dartania, only trusted Lords and contracted Mages were gathered around Theo to hold a military council during which the were going to discuss the best possible approach to conquering
