The spear that Lassic was holding was actually a lance, which is exclusively used for the purpose of the battle on horseback. It is made of iron and has a conical shape which is the thinnest at the tip and widens more the further down it goes. For the king of the giants, it might’ve been no different from a needle, but for the purpose of what Lassic wanted to do, it was certainly long enough.

Lassic exclaimed with enthusiasm. The lance, strengthened by the power of his Crest, has now sunk into the body of the king of the giants almost to its base.
