Theo didn’t use a sword at all, and used just his shield to overwhelm Gunther. He blocks all of his opponent’s attacks without hitting him himself even once.

Gunter’s face twisted in pain. His right arm, which was holding his sword, was contorted with spasms. He eventually discarded his shield and grabbed his sword in both hands.

「Throw away your sword and surrender. And present me with your Crest. If you do that, I will judge you according to the laws of the Empire. Normally you wouldn’t be able to escape the death penalty, but if we wait with executing you for a few days, then you’ll have a good chance at being pardoned… 」

「Preposterous!
