Return of the Fallen Volume 12 Chapter 130
Just before Kazuki’s storage ring was sealed, he relayed his plan to Stasha and the others. Gardius attacked Kauzki right when he moved nearby the sealed Artifact. This is when his plan was carried out. Stasha and the others, even if they were sealed inside Kauzki’s ring, they were still Gods and could observe everything in the outside world. So the moment Gardius attacked Kazuki, they knew to make their move.
Stasha activated her ship and used its teleportation ability. Sacrificing the last of her Origin energy, she used it to open two rifts, one that sent Cainen’s drum outside next to Gardius’s head and the other directly next to Kazuki so he could punch through the other side and strike the drum.
Were the seal around Kazuki’s ring to be any bigger, there would have been no way for Stasha to teleport anything or make a bigger rift. Because the seal was small though, it meant it contained very little Origin energy inside of it. In that regard, one could say fortune was shown upon them at that moment.
Because of this, the two rifts were opened with perfect timing and Kazuki struck the drum with the terrifying speed of his Gauntlet.
As the sound waves traveled through his body, Gardius’s internal organs ruptured all at once. Gardius had no time to destroy Kazuki’s magic attack with his ring and even if he did, he would have simply taken it head-on as he had before. He saw Kazuki as a complete and utter weakling. All of his attacks were only annoyances and nothing more. Something to be brushed aside and trampled.
Because of this, Gardius had no guard up whatsoever. After the soundwaves drilled through his ear and destroyed everything inside his body, the sword forms, and lightning came but a fraction of a second later.
With no defense whatsoever, this attack went directly into Gardius’s soul world.
This attack was something Gardius had never expected nor seen coming. It was like several small needles piercing his soul. Excruciating but in no way a threat to his existence. Still, with his insides completely scrambled and even his brain reduced to meat paste. His concentration slipped for the briefest of time.
It was within this tiny, seemingly insignificant window of time that Kazuki caused his Titan Golems cores to self-destruct right next to the sealed Artifact treasure. This would not break the seal, it never could, not in an infinite amount of time. However, he did not need this exploding force to breach the seal. No, instead these cores going off affected the plasmatic bolts nearby.
These bolts had been chasing after Kauzki, ready to destroy him at a moment’s notice. With Gardius’s concentration failing in this split second, it meant he had absolutely no control over these fused magic bolts.
Using the exploding force from the three Titan Golem cores, Kazuki also changed the gravity in the surroundings, increasing it by 10’s of billions of times normal. With nothing to break his magic, he used his own aura, along with wind magic to forcefully pull these plasma bolts directly into the seal next to him.
As soon as he did this, Gardius’s eyes rolled forward. He bled profusely from his eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. Perfectly matching his dark red hair.
His senses returned at this exact moment and he roared at Kazuki something seemingly beast-like.
*RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!*
He changed the direction of the rest of his magic bolts to immediately strike Kazuki. Kazuki as well tried to counter. With the small rift still open he attempted to strike Cainens drum once again but it was too late. The Magic bolts were already far too close. At the same time he could not pull his gauntlet from the rift in time to flee from these attacks, he was completely and utterly surrounded.
Kazuki saw his death flash before his eyes. He had miscalculated. he thought he had a moment longer but he was wrong. All of these attacks were upon him. Even without touching him directly, the force that radiated off of these bolts was already destroying his body.
Kazuki circulated all of his power and forced his body to regenerate but the pace of the destruction completely overwhelmed even his regenerative abilities.
Just as he felt his life ending, the seal finally broke.
*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!*
Kazuki was blasted away and so too were Gardius’s attacks. Everything was set flying in every direction as the seal buckled and gave way. Gardius witnessed this and tried to put the seal back in place but he found he was nearly completely out of Origin energy and he simply had no time.
The seal was destroyed and sent everything in its surroundings exploding outward. This meant all of Gardius’s plasmatic bolts and his deadly sword slash, all of it went flying outward. Some of these attacks even came flying back toward Gardius. he took several of them head-on and cut through more but in the end, there were simply too many and he was overwhelmed. These attacks continued flying outward and struck the seal containing the remains of this destroyed world.
The barrier surrounding this space, flexed in and out in a disastrously fast order. The seal held for but a moment before just like the seal around the treasure, it broke with a tyrannical force.
The power was carried out into space where several factions were still waiting to enter.
The moment the barrier around what used to be a beautifully lush emerald world broke, those outside of it were in for a nightmare of epic proportions.
10’s of millions of Gods had eradicated the Crescent moon knight Faction and had been waiting for their leaders to open the barrier. Little did they expect the seal to suddenly be destroyed and with it, carry a force unlike anything they’ve ever witnessed.
Chaotic space was instantly ripped open in every direction, leaving a scar across space that was billions of miles across.
This alone would be a hellscape but before this even opened up, the plasmatic bolts from Gardius had already gone completely out of his control and went shooting off in every direction from the seal’s blast.
This meant billions of plasmatic bolts of fused magic came raining across space like a meteor shower of endless death.
Millions of Gods could not escape the path of this magic and lost their lives in an instant. Thankfully for those in the near vicinity, these bolts continued racing through space far off and away. Unfortunately for any souls, these plasmatic bolts ended up crashing into them at the end of their long journey.
After millions of Gods died on the spot, only then did the rest of the nightmare begin to play out as Chaotic space opened up all around them.
The suction from Chaotic space began to pull in millions of more Gods. Many tried to take out their Vajra ships and flee but the force of this Chaotic tear was unlike any other. Even if they were lucky enough to survive Gardius’s power going out of control. What awaited them was the pulling force of a Chaotic tear that defied their imagination.
Even though they were Gods, even though they were supposed to be at the top of the food chain. Before this Chaotic tear, they were mere lambs for the slaughter.
Those that stood to close the sealed world, none of them could escape the almighty pull of this Chaotic tear. Only those on the outer edge, near the 7 dark worlds that surrounded the now-destroyed green world, were safe for a moment.
Just as they thought they were safe, the tear’s pull increased several times and they began to get dragged toward the open tear. There was absolutely nothing any of them could do and it seemed their fate was sealed. That’s how it should have played out but reality is often stronger than fiction.
The seven dark worlds that surrounded the former emerald planet, all at one the dark energies around them swirled and shot out, striking the Chaotic tear in the surroundings.
All at once, the Chaotic tear that should have ended the existence of these remaining few million Gods, in an instant, the entire tear was repaired.
These Gods were left absolutely dumbfounded. Why, for what reason, they all had a million questions but none would be answered here and now.
The space around them became silent and still like a frozen dead lake.
It seemed the Black gate had saved them.
Out of all of these Factions and clans, what started as nearly a hundred million Gods if not more, was now reduced to a few million ranging between three and four. The devastation left behind a story in itself.
These Gods looked around at one another and wondered what to do next. They had all survived a calamity. It was then that the purplish black jewel, the Artifact to rule, the treasure of every eye shown in the depths of space.
Their leaders were gone and they could no longer sense their presence whatsoever. Not even a trace could e felt. At the same time, there was no sign of Gardius.
Suddenly, the greed of man set its course, infecting them all like a blood-sucking parasitic creature. Loyalty, love, friendship, all of it was abandoned and a new battle erupted.
