“Enough talk Belux, make your move.”
Kazuki’s eyes darted across the room as he gave it a quick scan. The room was 50 feet by 50 feet, with a 20-foot curved ceiling. Scattered across the room were several barrels. All of them were filled with dark blood.
(It seems Belux has been busy while I was away. He’s prepared thoroughly.)
Besides the barrels, this room was practically empty. This was a castle, untouched for the most part. Through the many halls and other rooms Kazuki encountered, there were old worn decorations and banners that although tattered, hung to their fixtures. Old cracked crystals used to brighten and light this place, empty of energy. Long tables for great feasts, old armor, dusty books, etc.
All of these things that still existed throughout the castle, but inside of this room, there was none. Belux had made sure to either destroy such things thoroughly or discard
