Traveling through the Star Gates pillar of light, Keragus and the others moved with blinding speed. With his senses stretched out across space, and thanks to the ability he gained from Arc, Kazuki knew exactly where they were in space. He knew the distance, and he also knew the speed at which they moved, and with a thought he calculated the perfect point at which to ditch the star gates pillar.
Wrapping his aura around himself and the other three, he took a single step to the side. He could feel a strange magical drag of the element of space on his body. If he were weaker, he could tell jumping out of the pillar midstream would tear him down to the atoms. Thankfully Kazuki was far more than others and quite capable.
With his aura around himself and the others, they were perfectly protected when he decided to depart.
