Kazuki raced into the bathroom and made it to a urinal.
*Haaaa*
He had just started to relieve himself when three men entered after him.
Without turning around he heard the sound of a few blades being drawn behind him.
“Really, you guys have drawn your weapon while I’m going, now that’s unconventional.”
One of the men with his blade drawn waved it about wildly.
“Shut it. We all saw you at the bar, we know you have Zeni on you. Give us what you got and we might just let you go with your little friend still attached.”
Kazuki couldn’t help but find this amusing and chuckled.
“Hahaha, give you what I got you say. Hmpf, very well.”
The thug grinned seeing this was going to be easy but things quickly took a turn.
Kazuki suddenly turned around in midstream and proceeded to piss on the three thugs’ pants and boots, while at the same time laughing.
The three thugs stood there flabbergasted.
“Hahaha, you wanted my gold, how’s this liquid gold of mine. After all the drinks I’ve had, there’s plenty for everyone to go around.”
One of the thugs lost his cool and trembled in anger.
“You think you’re fucking funny, DIE!”
The thug stabbed out with his short dagger. One of the other thugs shouted at him in a panic.
“Stop! We’re only supposed to rob ’em, not kill ’em.”
It was already too late. The thug’s blade was thrusting toward Kazuki’s chest. To Kazuki though, this man’s attack appeared all too slow. Kazuki leaned backward slightly, causing the man’s strike to miss entirely. Following his leaning, A golden streamed found itself aimed upward and ascended in an odd arc. Kazuki’s piss went right into the thug’s face, landing in his eyes, up his nose a bit and even in his mouth.
The man covered his face and spit repeatedly. Doing everything he could to get the taste off of his tongue but with the intense smell invading his nose and the nasty taste in his mouth, he felt the urge to vomit welling up his throat.
*Blegh blegh ugrhh*
The man puked all over the floor falling to his knees but Kazuki had yet to finish pissing and covered his back. The man wanted to move out of the way but found himself slipping on the piss and puke on the floor. Finally, Kazuki’s stream came to its end and his arc of gold became smaller and smaller until his spring ended on the back of the man’s head. Giving his cock a few shakes, Kazuki put the trouble maker away and laughed once again.
“Sorry ’bout that, but when ya gotta go, ya gotta go. So anyone else?”
The other two men stood there in shock and felt no will to fight. The situation had become something completely unsightly and disgusting and they only wished to leave this awkward feeling behind as soon as possible. The man on all fours, however, was enraged.
Making his way back to his feet, the man still pointed his blade at Kazuki. Reason had left him and only anger and humiliation drove him.
“I’m going to fucking kill you!”
“No! Don’t do it Tom!”
One of the thugs called out to their friend but once again the thug named Tom listened to no one.
Tom stabbed forward again, this time with pure hatred behind his attack. Kazuki had found this funny at first but now he was annoyed.
Kazuki reached forward and caught the blade between his fingers. With his vise-like grip, he exerted a small amount of strength and snatched the man’s blade from him. Twirling his fingers, the blade turned around in his hand and Kazuki threw it back at the man.
The strength he had used wasn’t too much but it was enough to lift the man off his feet and pin him against the wall.
The man gripped the handle of the blade and cried out in pain.
*Guuuuh*
Everything had happened so fast that the other two thugs just now realized that their friend was pinned against the wall. As his feet dangled in the air, the man could no longer take the pain and passed out a few inches off the ground.
“Tom!”
The other two thugs grabbed their friend and tried to remove the blade that pinned him but it was embedded too deeply into the wall. The men saw Kazuki approaching and cowered in the corner afraid of what he might do next. Kazuki, though, simply walked past them to the nearby sink. Washing his hands he ignored the men at his back and went about his business. turning off the water, he looked for something to dry his hands but found nothing.
With no other choice, he walked over to the unconscious Tom who was left pinned to the wall. Dragging his hands across the clean part of Tom’s shirt, Kazuki dried his hands and simply walked out.
The two other thugs were left speechless and stunned. Never had they met a man who was so crazy. Kazuki, on the other hand, did not feel that anything he did was over the top. The fact that he didn’t kill those who just a moment ago threatened him could be counted as their lucky day.
Kazuki made his way out of the bathroom and only heard panic behind him. Ignoring it, he walked back into the large open area of the bar where he spotted the old woman sitting at the opposite end having a drink. Two men had just walked up to her and seemed to be bothering her but she was simply ignoring them while she sipped at a red drink.
Kazuki felt another annoyance and prepared to handle a bit more trash.
Walking over the frail old woman’s eyes grew delighted seeing his approach.
“Boy, what took you so long? Don’t tell me your number one was actually a number two and you simply were too embarrassed to say.”
Kazuki laughed at this weird old lady.
“Hehe, there was a bit of a mess in there. Hey, bartender, you really ought to hire someone to clean up after, it was disgusting.”
The bartender heard Kazuki’s complaints but took them as a joke and laughed it away.
The old woman laughed as well.
“Haha, young man, are you ready now or do you have some more errands to run?”
Kazuki smiled and the two headed for the door together. The two men who were pestering her a second ago felt irritated at being ignored.
“Hey, wait just a minute, old bat. I still want to make a deal for those items.”
The old woman turned and snorted at the two men.
“Hmpf, and I told you only if you have the money but you two are broke like a joke. When you have the gold I’m more than willing but as you two stand, bugger off, you’re wasting both our time.”
The old woman didn’t care if she was called names or whatever. As long as you truly wanted to make a deal and have the gold she was willing to look past most things but these two men were copperless and wanted to make a trade off a future payment. The old bat didn’t do business that way and refused them.
Once again Kazuki and the old woman headed for the door but the two men were not done yet. One of them reached for her.
“Now hold on a moment you cranky witch, we ain’t finished talking yet.”
Just as this man was about to touch the woman’s shoulder though, the clothes atop her body shined with a silver light.
*Bam!*
The man that tried to grab her was sent flying more than 20 feet. His body crashed into a wall and disappeared on the other side some more.
A large wind was kicked up and the epicenter was the old woman. A barrier of wind completely covered her from head to toe. Kazuki was left amazed. This barrier of wind was obviously powerful but it didn’t seem to come from the old woman. Sure she was at the center of it but the actual power itself…Looking at the woman’s clothes, Kazuki could see dozens upon dozens of inscriptions covering her outfit entirely.
(Interesting. I can’t tell if she has magic or not but her clothes obviously have a few powerful inscriptions within them. They must have thread made from magic gold woven throughout to produce such an effect. This barrier though is similar to Alice’s wind barrier. So a level three rank Mage, now that’s impressive. Even if she doesn’t have power herself she has an item like this. So this is why she is confident about making such shady deals in dangerous places like this. Even with a frail body like hers, there’s no need to worry.)
Kazuki extended a tendril of ki and tried to take a look inside to see if she had a Mage core or not but felt his ki being torn to shreds as it approached her wind barrier.
(Hmm, so I can’t take a look, huh? Interesting.)
Kazuki smiled at the old woman and she noticed.
“What is it, young man? Why are you staring at me with eyes that say I’ll jump your bones at any moment?”
Kazuki was taken aback by this and fell silent but a moment later the old woman began to laugh hysterically. This, in turn, caused Kazuki to laugh as well.
“Hahaha, old lady, you’re interesting, that’s for sure.”
The old woman laughed even wilder.
“Hahaha, I could say the same about you.”
The two continued to laugh and made their way out while cackling all the way. Everyone else in the bar was left with the same thought.
