But then Karoshis UQ also muttered that even though some attacks might get through that physical barrier of Sigwurm’s, apparently a portion of their power gets reduced to some extent. His smile when he was saying that was really hazy for some reason.
「How big of a reduction are we talking about here?」
「My trump card “Appolon Burst” was unable to even put a crack on it. So that says a whole lot about it.」
「So that means that maybe it would be good to switch into defensive spells such as “Violence Thunder”…… At this rate it might even be wise to assume that breaking through that barrier might be out of the question for us.」
After that brief exchange of information, the guild leaders started to discuss the possible strategies and approaches for their actions. And even though she was not actively participating in the conversation, Pencilgon was surely listening from the side.
「So the conclusion here is as follows: we must do our best to attract Siegwurm’s attention so that Akitsu Akane might get closer to it without being noticed.」
「Attracting a raid boss’s attention, go tell that to us all who’s resources are starting to run low…… Speaking of which, Karoshis? How are you resource-wise? Think you can do it?」
「I might have used up my trump card here, but I still have a Joker or two up my sleeve, so I should be all ready to go.」
「As luck would have it, the same goes for me here…… Hey, and what’s that? Ah, I see. So, at least I can do something here unlike my little sister. She seems to be out of the picture for now.」

Now it was the voice of Karoshis UQ that echoed throughout the battlefield.
「For now, ignore Brockentreed entirely! We can deal with him later! We need to focus all of our efforts on Siegwurm if we want to get out of this thing in one piece!」
And now it was the voice of Arthur Pencilgon echoing throughout the battlefield.
Those may have all been different instructions, but they all had the same underlying goal: focus all of your efforts on Siegwurm. As the laser barrages grow stronger and wider over time, many players would stand up and go towards Siegwurm’s location, realizing that defeating him is their only chance at survival here. Even though their resources were all sparse, that’s what they wanted to do.
Hell, even the production workers started to assist with their products and skill, relocating their attention towards Sieguwrm. Everyone in here understood what it was that they all had to do.
「The laser attacks are indiscriminate and seemingly occur at random! It’s all luck dependent, so if you think that you are going to get hit by them, don’t try to force it! Also, his defenses seem to work entirely on visual recognition! So try to attack with physical attacks and then…… Magic Casters! Shoot! Now!」

Siegwurm then mercilessly sweeps his tail around, blowing other players away from himself like simple bowling pins. What’s more, the laser attacks intensified, as if they wanted to take revenge for the players going on the offensive like that……

At that exact moment, the Skull Azuchi Castle fell into the hands of a new caretaker.
