ShangriLa Frontier Chapter 574: Saiga Style Self—Defense Technique “Bone Remover” Part 2

「AAAGGGHHH! Y-You bitch! You broke it! You broke my fucking arm!!!」

「Hey, stop whining like a little bitch! It’s nothing all that serious, so just get over it already!」

Rei-san directed a sharp glare at the poor Punk and his twisted arm, a look that was so much different from her usual one. Honestly, I think it was the kind of look that you would expect from Saiga-100, and not Saiga-0. That being said, I have only witnessed Saiga-100’s expressions inside of the game. I am yet to see her in real life, but thanks to the technology used in VR gaming nowadays it is pretty much that what you see inside of the game is what you get in real life. So the overall impression does not change here all that much in the first place…… But anyways, there is one more example here that I can think of, even if it is rather extreme: Ryuuguin Fugaku.

「I just dislocated your arm a little bit, so you’d best behave from now on…… Or do you want me to do the same to your left arm as well? Just to be absolutely sure that you are going to behave?」

「Hyah!」

「Ahh…… I think he’s had enough already, Rei-san. Also, the monorail is going to be here soon.」

Looking at the Pick-Up Artist right now, it was pretty much obvious that his arm was about to snap in half at any moment now. All it would take here was one wrong move and that would be it. But when Rei saw that the staff of the station was fast approaching, she let go of the poor guy right away.

「Now, you’d better behave, boyo. But you can be glad. You are going to have a hot and passionate night alright. With the policemen at the precinct, that is!」

It’s a good thing that Rei did not end up actually breaking that chump’s arm…… However, it is also not that Rei did not cause him any damage at all. But at the same time, since there were onlookers to this whole incident, we got away scot free while the station’s staff ended up restraining the Pick-Up Artist and carrying him away. Haha! Serves you right, you stupid dumbass!

「Ahh you guys! We would like for you to come with us as well. We want to hear your version of the story.」

「Huh? I mean yeah, sure, I don’t really mind. But I would really appreciate it if we could do that somewhere else? You see, the monorail is going to be here soon, and……」

「Hmm, I understand where you are coming from with this, but this is only going to take a moment. We will just write down your personal information and your account of what has happened here. It won’t take long.」

Is it really going to not take all that long now? Oh man, now that I think about it, I sure hope that this won’t end up affecting our school life all that much, It would really suck if that was to happen here.

About ten minutes or so later.

「Ahh, hello? Yeah, I would have given you a call earlier, but I got tangled up in something. Huh? Ahh, my clothes? Did they manage to get dirty just now? No, it’s not that big of a deal, it’s just coffee anyways. I’ll just throw them in the washing machine later and…… Hmnh? Do I have replacements? Umm, what? Washing the stains as quickly as possible? No, like I said, I washed them…… With what? With running water from the public bathroom, obviously! Huh? Go to the public bath? They have coin laundry there?」

It was almost at the same time at which the both of us ended our respective calls, and after we were done with our conversations we turned back towards one another here. And the sync with which we did that seemed to be almost a little bit too perfect.

「Umm, this is, you see……」

「Ahh, Rei-san. I’m really sorry about that…… If only I was a little bit more decisive and acted sooner, you wouldn’t have to step in and do that……」

「Ah, no, it’s no big deal! Actually, I should be the one apologizing here, because I have let myself get caught up in that man’s pace! …… B-Besides, I did not needed to get so rough with his hand out there, so I am even more at fault here……」

「Hmm, you might be saying that, but I am actually really grateful for your intervention back there…… Well, that being said, there were probably other ways in which we could have handled that, but the facts are what they are, so I still think that a proper thank you is in order here.」

「No, umm, this is…… I should really thank you for stepping in when you did, Rakuro-kun……」

What followed after that was silence. But it was actually for the best in here right now. Because if we were to keep talking, it would most probably be an endless loop of both apologizing and thanking one another.

「Alright then, back to the story at hand, I think that I am going to hit the public bath. I was told that I can wash my clothes there while I’m at it, so there’s that I guess. Also, Rei-san, you don’t have to worry about me, you can go right ahead……」

「Huh, eehh, aauhh, ummm, this is…… M-Me too! I had a really good time today! Thank you very much for that!」

What the? Did I…… Just now, did I perhaps say something strange? I don’t think I did, but maybe……?
