I could just watch in silence as the gathering of the perverts and wierdoes continued to do their thing, undisturbed by anyone. Speaking of which, it seems that Survival managed to notice that I was here and turned his gaze towards me, and then approached me and placed his hand on my shoulder, giving me a thumbs up with his other hand. I guess that the model of this female avatar must have been so good, or maybe it was the fact that once your clothes are all gone you are being left with something that is literally reminiscent of a swimsuit. Either this or that.

「Yeah, but I wish that she could be just a little bit younger…… No, see, hear me out! Younger, but still within the acceptable age, right? You get it?」

「Look, dude, you’d better drop it with lines like that, or at the very least don’t say them when I am around. I swear to God, I’m going to punch your stupid face into a bloody face one of these days before you even know it. But hey, you’d surely like that, huh? At the very least you would look normally.」

「Demon! You absolute demon! You wouldn’t aim for killing me because that would be considered an offense, but you’d rather have me left beaten half-to death!?」

Goodness gracious, why do I feel that this Survival was way bigger of a headache than what he was during the time of that deserted island (although at the time he already had a screw or two loose inside of that head of his)? But I felt that compared to the other guys in here his personality was relatively harmless. Now, how come he ended in this game out of all places? That’s a real mystery.

「Hey, Wimp? I brought you a fresh ferrositas defectamentum, if you want it?」

「Feoshiras, Rekutamutam!」

I think I heard someone at the back screaming “Ah! This won’t do!! The bad tongue attribute will make it taste awful! It’s such a wasteee!!!” Dude, just sprinkle the damn thing with salt, what the hell is even your problem? Same as you do with evil spirits. Oh, but no. In here it would be way more efficient to just hit those guys with rock salt, for all intents and purposes.

「I don’t know how to cook this thing at all…… Oh well, do your best, I guess.」

「I’ll, I’ll try to do my best here……」

Somehow, this thing looks like a bizarrely mutated raw tuna with some extra additions here and there, not to mention that its mouth was moving in the same way as that of a crab does. But it seems to be a high-class seafood ingredient recommended by the Little Girl Sensei, so if you can cook it properly the chances of being accepted here are much higher than with anything else.

For the time being, I decided to wait and see what Wimp would do with this thing. At that moment, she disappeared into the kitchen, carrying with her the fish that was almost one meter long.

「Ahh, that’s right…… Little Girl Sensei, why are you even here in the first place?」

「…… Ever since the Teleportation Magic has been greatly improved, you can now teleport into the different branches all the way from the main headquarters.」

Bah! Say what now!? I turned towards Surival, looking for a possible explanation, but it seems that those were news to him as well as they were news to me. Then, for some reason Survival sat down on the floor and went deep into thought for about ten seconds, before he eventually looked towards the Little Girl Sensei and asked:

「Oh well, Tias-tan! This means more or less that us Avengers can now easily travel between the continents, right? Is that what this is?」

「…… No, that’s not the case here. You can only move from the Headquarters to the branch offices. And that’s it. It’s only a one-way trip.」

「Hm? Then, why did you come here in the first place, Little Girl Sensei?」

…………… For some reason, the Little Girl Sensei fell silent for a few seconds out there. But even though she was in her work clothes, she was in a state that might suggest that she woke up only recently. After casting a short glance at us, she then said:

Now, for the time being, I am going to wait for Wimp to finish doing what she was currently doing, at the same time asking the Master of this New Continent branch (similar in shape but younger than the master of the same establishment over at the Old Continent) for a drink. Yes, nothing better than a cold beverage while you wait for someone.

「Hmm? What’s wrong? Is something the matter, Little Girl Sensei?」

「…… No. At least, not yet.」

What the…… Huh!? The fruit juice I just ordered and held in my hand is in the hands of the little girl teacher before I even knew it!??

「I can see that your speed is still as monstrous and inhuman as ever, my dear Tias-tan……」

The little girl teacher took out some strange notepaper from the inside of her bag, and she presented it to me and Survival. What is worrisome is that my stationery was written in black ink and Survival’s stationery was written in red.

「And this is?」

The Little Girl Sensei managed to drink the freshly squeezed orange juice that I ordered for her all in one go, then wiped her mouth with the back of her hand and then said to us while turning around.

「Avenger Sanraku, it’s about you becoming the Revenger, the One Who Becomes the Sword of the Dead…… Avenger Survival, you are going to be put through the test. Do well with it, and you shall be acknowledged as a true and genuine Avenger.」
