Berserker – Part 06

The moment the pitch-black warrior raised his shamshir, a powerful force field formed around him. It was as if lightning had just struck. Numerous bands of light coiled around the warrior, twisting like serpents. It resembled lightning rising from the ground, and it was easy to imagine that touching them would result in disastrous consequences.

The enemy was just a lone knight, but the overwhelming power of the Infernal Blade drained the morale of the soldiers. This invasion was only possible because of this power despite them being alone. The soldiers began to slowly retreat.

The force field swelled, mocking the soldier’s disgraceful actions. The warrior raised his shamshir, preparing to unleash the gathered force.

Then, a blade cut through the air.

In an instant, Luke closed the gap, sliding his katana into the force field with a soft breath. The blade swept through the Infernal Blade’s lightning like a scythe through grass.
