The target of our assault would be the middle of the army of Centaurs, approaching from the back.
Volff and the other wolves courageously led the charge before all the Summoners on horseback, charging into the pack of Centaurs first.
At the same time, all the hawks and owls dropped from the sky.

With Zangetsu leading all the horses, we charged into the army of Centaurs once again.
At the very front were the wolves.

The air was filled with the howling and growling of wolves.
The Centaurs stopped moving at the sound, making them easy targets.

I didn’t think intimidation tactics would be so effective.

We all let loose our area-of-effect attack spells at the centre of the army of Centaurs.
It felt a little like shooting fish in a barrel.
But there was an important difference.

There were so many Centaurs, that even after three runs, the army was still going strong.
We decided to put some distance between ourselves and the army for a while, and take a short break.
No Summoners had been taken out.
Not even a single Summon Monster had been taken out.
But there were a few Summon Monsters that were under an abnormal status condition.
I took a few moments to wait for some Summoners to finish switching out injured Summon Monsters.

In that time, it looked like the front line of Centaurs had already collapsed.
The Centaurs in the back were now confused, disorganised, and prone to attack.
But there were some monsters that still maintained order.

Panzer Rhinos.
There were probably more than 50 of them.

『What are we going to do about those?』

Looking closer, I noticed there was a Majin among the herd of Panzer Rhinos.
The Majin was riding a Centaur.
I guess we could trample over a Majin while we were at it too.

After a while, I could see more and more Fighters jump out of the line of shields to take on the Centaurs on their own.
At that point, the Centaurs were weak enough that a single axe strike could take them down anyway.

Some of the players almost reminded me of Senki carrying an axe…

「We’re going to go for the Panzer Rhinos next. You don’t have to be thorough about killing them.」

I spurred on Zangetsu once again, and started running into the herd of Rhinos.
I completely ignored any Centaurs.

Before we could reach the herd, Heather caused lightning to strike the area before us, and Volff pounced in along with all the other wolves.
Of course, the wolves were mainly there to use intimidation tactics to freeze the Panzer Rhinos. I wasn’t thinking of actually taking them down.
I was completely prepared for things to get a bit messy afterwards.

My sights were set on the Majin.

The Majin’s HP bar was at about half.
But it was still going strong.
It was matching the Panzer Rhinos’ speed, charging into us.
I loved that spirit. It was definitely something to commend.

The Panzer Rhinos charging at us fell into the pit one by one.
The ones in the back didn’t bother stopping or changing direction either.
The Majin, along with the Centaur it was riding, fell into the hole too.

I could leave the Panzer Rhinos in the hole to other players.
