It was quite a big step forward for my equipment.
There was no doubt about that.
And that was the case not just for me, but for Senki, Goki, and Telomere too.
Depending on how the equipment was customised, the effects would be a bit different though.
My main leather armour still had the Snow Beast Skin pads around the left shoulder.
In contrast, the equipment made for Goki and Telomere was reinforced with a Forest Tiger Claw on one shoulder and a Forest Tiger Fang on the other.
Senki’s armour was strangely bigger too, so that made it stand out very much.
It wasn’t just Senki’s main armour either. All of the equipment made for Senki was quite big.
But still, the effects would be a worthy tradeoff for the weight.
The biggest difference came in the armguards and the boots.
I understood why there were no elbow pads or knee pads for Senki.

Ah of course, I mean that as a compliment.
It was quite amazing, looking at how many different types of materials she could combine into one piece of equipment.
I spent a moment thinking about what the equipment would look like on Senki.
The rounded Dinosaur Skulls were in the perfect places around Senki’s elbows and knees.
What about the armour?
Yep, I couldn’t tell whether the armour was designed for protective use, or if it was designed to be used as a blunt weapon.
But it certainly would protect Senki from any attacks, and the armguards would serve as a small shield as well.
The armour worked terrifyingly well for Senki.
「About the Dead-eyed cat skins… I tried to use as little as possible in order to get the effect.」
「Yep, that’s alright. It looks good.」
「There’s some material left over as well, but it will take some time to make more equipment from them.」
「No, that’s alright. Take your time.」
After looking at Senki’s equipment, how could I not give her as much time as she needed to deliver?
I was very surprised by the quality of the product.
「Alright then, this will be the last piece.」
There was still some more equipment left on the table.
There were two shields left.

In any case, it would be a good piece of equipment for Goki and Telomere.
I would have to equip it on Telomere later, but I tried to give the Summon Monsters that were already summoned as much of the new equipment as possible.
I randomly exchanged the old gems in the Collars of Torture for the new and better gems as well.
It was a bit random at times, but the strength of all of my Summon Monsters was clearly increasing.
Of course, I took good care to improve my own equipment too.
But at the end of the day, Senki’s equipment was the most impressive.
The Bull-horse Armguard that looked like a small shield when I was using it looked like a proper armguard on Senki’s arm.
Senki’s whole body looked like a terrifying weapon.
Thank you, bald dinosaurs.
Your sacrifice was not in vain.
It was certainly amazing to look at.
But what about me?
I kept my armguards as Einherjar Armguards, but for the rest of my armour I switched to Bull-horse Leather Armour.
The armour felt good to move around in.
「What about your old equipment? I’ll buy it off you, if you want?」
「I’ll sell it.」

Speaking of selling… There was something else that I was planning on selling.
My Xiuyaojing Bows.
Even if I wanted to keep a spare one for myself, I could sell off four of them without any trouble.
「I want one!」
「What is that? It looks weird…」
「It’s just an ordinary weapon that I picked up as an item drop.」
There were six players in the stall that were primarily bow-users.
But the four of them who would buy Xiuyaojing Bows from me were quickly decided.
Adele, Irina, Reina, and Shinohara.
What they all had in common was that their main weapon was almost exclusively a bow.
Helga and Fudo seemed like they were bow-users as well, but in their case, the bow was more of a sub-weapon.
Of course, I was asked how I managed to get those weapons.
But then again…
To be honest, I didn’t know how exactly the drop rate worked on such items.
For real. I had no idea.

Well, they were all just giving me sideways glances though, they were mainly thinking of finishing the calculations.
When they handed me a heavy-looking pouch, I looked inside to find some money and four Mana Crystals.
I stopped keeping track of my exact finances a while ago.
But I knew I had some extra cash on me to afford it, so I bought various materials too.
I got quite a large amount of Ant-Man Beeswax and Ant-Man Honey.
And some thread and some glue on top of that.
I also secured a lot of food for myself.
Why was that?
Because I couldn’t guarantee that I could find Production Job Players in my travels ahead.
Yep, I was aiming for the Relay Portal at the southern end of the S5 map.
It would be a good opportunity to try out my new equipment.
I stuck around to watch Adele and Irina look at their new equipment as well.
Their equipment was on a basic level, equal to mine.
There were no customisations to improve close-quarters combat though.
I didn’t have much time, so after that was all taken care of I left the village to log out.
It wasn’t like I had to wait for Adele and Irina anyway. I knew that they were going to go to the east afterwards.
Their equipment had taken a big step forward, so their fighting strengths must’ve improved similarly.
I was looking forward to seeing how they would do.
I excused myself from Fiona’s place, and left the Wind Spirit Village.
I selected Return Home from my list of spells and executed it.
There were a lot of things I wanted to do.
At the top of that list was checking how my new equipment would do in battle.
