【S1W4】Strategy Information By Map Thread ★5 【Swamp hell becomes heaven】

1. Ryukhan
This thread aims to collect information related to conquering the S1W4 Map (Swamp).
Its Area Portal is a floating island in the swamp.

For those who want to go there without relying on markers, the Ice Magic Spell Ice Field is recommended.
All players are welcome to help, regardless of their occupation.
You can find links to the General information thread and other Map threads at >>2.

Regarding the expansion of the footpath between the rice fields, would it be appropriate to do so within the Area Portal’s current range?
We haven’t even covered the irrigation channels yet, so don’t be unreasonable lol
Since I’m a Stonemason, I’m currently building a brewing cellar for the brewers.
We need more Production Job players, or it’s going to become too much for us!
 We also need resident NPCs.
Being able to expand the influence range of the Area Portal depends on how much the area itself prospers, that’s for sure.
 Alright? So come here lol
It’s going to be fun, don’t you think?

412. Reina
 >>403
I’m sourcing bamboo materials from the Silent Bamboo Woods!
I wonder if we can survive in a temporary hut somehow?

413. Hannes
 >>To all the S1W4 farmers.
Increased production and provision of non-glutinous rice has begun in some areas.
However, supply is currently unable to keep up with demand.
We would also like the help from new players, but…
Unless the number of NPCs increases, expanding the rice fields around the swamp’s floating island will be tough.

 Regarding glutinous rice seeds…
It has been confirmed that Grow Plant is not very effective on those.
We can expect delays in bringing them to S1W4.
I’m still exploring the right approach…
A significant amount has been passed on to chefs for testing, though, lol

414. Ryukhan
 >>408
I’ve finished handing over tangerine cultivation to the NPCs on Water Spirit Island
 Time to plooooooow!

415. Yosaku
 >>403
I’m also cutting down trees while hunting monsters in W6
We’re short on manpower here as well, though!

416. Guren
The swamp map, which players were most hesitant about, is now the hottest topic
Such is the power of rice

417. Tonami
 Sake! Sake!

418. zin
I had a prototype made with glutinous rice
It reminded me of my grandma’s ohagis

419.Lyra
 >>413
What about the potential of making miso and soy sauce from soybeans?
I want to challenge brewers to try new things…

420. Sakamoto
I won’t even go as far as a bowl.
 Onigiris!

421. Jirou
 >>403
 Regarding eel farming…
It seems like we have some small fry, but it’s quite difficult, you know?
I’d like to have finer nets.
Well, I think it’s good for new Fishermen to aim for E1 and the surrounding areas.
I decided to send one person for a test case, so I’m counting on them.

422. Ryukhan
The plan to reduce the lotus root fields was rejected by the NPCs…T_T
Well, that was to be expected.

423. Fiona
 Umm…
Although we are not able to keep up with personnel adjustments, we are steadily improving.
 So everyone can rest assured.
It’s a pain to rely on markers to build a distribution network, but we’re also considering expanding the footpaths separately.
Another drawback is that having to fight the monsters that appear is quite a nuisance.
I understand that there are currently a considerable number of participants in the Guide Team, and that they are not able to procure supplies in time.
 We are gradually making adjustments.
 Thank you for your patience.

424. Nahabal
Everyone is so obsessed with rice lol

425. Shinonome
>>423
The idea is to bring in materials related to Stonecutting and build the roads all at once.
 It doesn’t sound half bad.
Actually, doing the same task over and over again is kinda depressing lol
 I think it’s worth a try.
The problem is manpower, though. Do we have enough?

426. Muneo
When I heard about the eel farming…
I never thought that Fishermen would be involved in the inland areas.

427. Shinjiro
The number of people here has suddenly increased too
Hunting is getting pretty difficult though

428. Guren
I’d like people over Ice Magic Level 15 to come and support me with everything they’ve got

107. Shelvie
I’ve heard there’s been an act of terrorism related to a dessert

108. Derek
 Zunda-mochi is fine lol
Edamame is also a great ingredient, right?

109. Warren
 Simply feed them twin-stick mochi!

110. Shouryuu
Can someone please make akoya-mochi for me? Pretty please?

111. Soma
This has turned into a mochi thread lol
Okay, let’s have some kakiage bowls here as well

116. Karaito
Do you guys know where I can get some kudzu starch?

117. Irina
>>102
 Is that Gyuhi…? lol
Of course, you want to aim for a soft finish.
Is getting glucose syrup also within the brewer’s jurisdiction???
You’ll want not only brown sugar but also caster sugar.
It makes it look great too.

118. Muu
It won’t be just Japanese sweets, will it?
We can also use cheese and butter, right?
Aren’t there a few players who are livestock farmers?

119. Ryukhan
>>102
There aren’t many livestock farmers due to the need for monster meat
We do have dairy cows and goats, and I think we can produce ingredients for Western confectionery as well
Even NPCs are making a living from that…
Rather, the problem seems to be that there are not that many brewers???

120.Monfort
 >>104
Even Summoners can support public works with their Golem-types
There are Summoned Monsters that can be used to work even in a swamp.
 Does that sound good?

 >>115
How much anko are you putting in that? lol

121. Saki
>>115
That’s gonna make you put on weight, you know?
In real life, those would definitely be a direct hit lol

122. Sawadee
 >>115
How about making those into anpan?

123. Suzuran
 >>115
I’m going to the convenience store

124. Zoey
 >>115

Don’t put anko on pasta lmao
 There’s even strawberries lol

129. Romud
Don’t play with your food lol

130. Yuuki
 >>124
 Palate destroyer lol

131. Mio
 >>124
I think anko on mochi is the best!
I think anko on bread is the best!
 Anko on… pasta???
 Anko on… rice?!

132. Sakamoto
 >>124
 Destructive Power lol

133. Zoey
You can add some extra whipped cream, you know?

134. Reina
It’s scary but I want to try it!

135. Crowe
 >>124
 This is a disaster lol

136. Guren
 >>133
No way… are you doing this in real life too???

137. Tsutsumi
 This is terrible lol
I’m going to get some ramen from the late-night store.

138. Kuukai
Please refrain from posting food porn at this time… pls
I’m seriously on a diet in real life!

139. Yuuki
 Pffft lol

140. Carlo
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a thread become this chaotic lol

141. Reina
 >>126
A kotatsu and a cat are a must, right?

142. Sawadee
We should stop before it becomes about ohagi lol

143. Komatai
 >>108
Are you from Miyagi Prefecture by any chance?
 >>109
Are you from Kagoshima Prefecture by any chance?
 >>110
Are you from Kyoto Prefecture by any chance?

144. Sakurazuka
It’s important to understand the importance of good eating habits

145. Sakamoto
 >>143
Akoya-mochi is quite common in Mie Prefecture too lol

222. ∈(-ω-)∋
Hey ∈(-ω-)∋ Wind Magic Level 23! Still has a long way to go!

223. Yuuki
 >>217
Having multiple Magic Skills is becoming commonplace.
I wonder how much of a difference choosing a Job actually makes?
 We need analysis, pronto

224. Guren
 I’m starving…
I wish you could earn experience points for doing analytical studies
I’m still at Level 18 though.

Universal Magic offensive spell Lv23: Force Blast
Probably common to all Magic skills.
The area-of-effect version of Force Bullet.
 It’s reasonably powerful, I think?
It seems to be highly versatile.
Mr. Summoner had acquired this spell a long time ago…
Now I can finally make a comparison.

 Fire Magic Lv23: Fire Javelin
 A single-target spell.
A spell that unleashes a spear of flames.
It is less powerful than Enemy Burn, but its long range makes it safer to use.
 Decent hit rate, flashy VFX.
Currently, two Elemental Sorcerer 『Fire』 players have been confirmed to have acquired this spell.
Comparisons are yet to be made.

 Water Magic Lv23: Whirlpool
 A single-target spell.
A spell that traps the target in a vortex of water while also dealing damage.
Although it has a short range, it seems effective as it also hinders movement.
Currently, only one Elemental Sorcerer 『Water』 has been confirmed to have acquired it.
There’s no way to make any comparisons considering that there’s only one player lol

225. Romud
Mage Classes have reduced MP consumption, right?
I think that’s slightly advantageous in prolonged battles, but surely that’s not all, right?

226. Rothschild
Is it really okay for the differences in each Job’s characteristics to only start to become apparent now?
I feel like complaining to the devs about it lol

227. Milia
For Elemental Sorcerers, it seems that the benefits are too extreme, making it difficult to use.
And don’t they have a slightly faster growth rate?

228. Kuukai
It gets faster the more they use their spells
It gets faster the heavier the load on their MP bar is
It gets faster the bigger the results

 Something like that?

229. Nanao
 Mages are generalists
 Elemental Sorcerers are specialists
Isn’t that the difference between them?
I mean, Warrior Classes have a structure similar to that

230. Guren
Even among Summoners, there are differences.
Sages deal more damage with their offensive spells than Grand Summoners or Necromancers.
 It’s a slight difference, though.
I can no longer tell the details about that lol
There probably are some differences between Grand Summoners or Necromancers…

231. Kokonoe
Meanwhile, Hunter Classes are chillin’ lol
Here’s hoping the devs add a spell that helps with stealth activities

232. Nahabal
We even have Bards, as well as Production Jobs lol
There are too many options to make a uniform comparison.
Isn’t it okay for each player to progress as they please without worrying too much about it?

233. Klauser
Efficiency freaks among newbies are… (omitted)

234. Goutokuji
 >>230
Shall I give you some good stomach medicine?

235. Hyodor
 >>230
And there are some factors that are exclusive to Elves too…

236. Cocoa
 >>230
I’ll do my best to train my Lightning Magic!

237. Manaka
 >>230
 I want to become a magic warrior…
Please tell me your recommendations (sly face)

238. Lyra
Does Lv23 for derived Magic-types seem to be still a long way off?

239. zin
 >>230
 Nice job
Are you going to document it once you’ve gathered all Lv23 spells?
I’m rooting for you! (sly look)

240. Akemi
 >>230
I’m still a ways off from Ice Magic Lv23, so I wonder if I can be of any help…
I hope I can become a comparison subject.

241. Giedre
 >>230
Please consider compatibility with mixed Classes (sly face)

242. Soma
 Wait, everyone
 Guren’s gonna die lol

243.Guren
 >>239
 Somebody help meeeeeeee!

244. Suou
There’s nothing but demons here lol
This thread is truly hell lol
