Reya tapped the red gem atop her ring and sent a signal to Fera. Fera herself was struggling against Glacious. Even though she could only use around 10% of her full strength, that should have been more than enough to handle someone at the 6th stage but it was her instead that was being pushed back little by little.

Fera knew what Reya wanted. A flash of stubbornness and pride held Fera for a but a moment before her expression changed. She had to get serious if she was to beat Glacious. Fera responded back through Reya’s ring and gave her permission to her. At the same time, the orbs of lightning within Fera’s eyes began to rotate faster and faster.

A green energy swirled and twisted in the surroundings before flying to Fera. At the same time rocks and boulders peeled away from the ground like planks from a ship and they folded and wrapped around her large body. The purpose of this was displayed immediately. The rocks and boulders fused with her mountain-sized body and caused it to rapidly grow. From 5,000 feet tall to 10 and from 10,000 all the way to 15,000 feet tall. Fera’s entire body was bigger than many of the surrounding mountains and that same green energy she used to summon the rocks to her side, now coated her entire body.

All of this happened in only a few seconds but that was plenty of time for Glacious to form a black fireball above his palm.

Fera stared at it, lost for a moment as to what it was. She felt a terrifying amount of energy resting in the small fist-sized black flame. Before she had any time to think, Glacious had already thrown it at her.

The orbs of lightning making up her eyes seemed to widen at this moment as she felt a sense of impending crisis. She instinctively guided the green energy surrounding her body to intercept the black fire and roared.

“GRAVITY!!”

The space between Glacious and Fera was only 700 feet but as soon as Fera roared that word, the gravity in that area increased in an instant. Every tree was shattered and reduced to dust, every rock exploded and was reduced to tiny particles. The ground within that 700 feet of space sunk in on itself and everything collapsed. Even the air and clouds above were no exception and dissipated. A large trench formed between the two and the ground sunk inwardly for miles. The hole became so deep that one could not see the bottom nor guess its base.

This level of power was one that could destroy armies in an instant, cleave kingdoms and cities in twain and change the geography of any piece of land it touched. The destruction was on another level and all should be wary. At least that was Fera’s sentiment. Her gravity had extended all the way to Glacious and she was sure that both he and his attack would be crushed beneath the weight of her power, however, that was not the case at all. Glacious stood upright perfectly fine. He didn’t even break a sweat. Not just him, he extended his aura to his surroundings, and even the ground directly beneath him was unaffected and didn’t sink at all.

Fera had no time to be surprised by any of this because racing toward her still was Glacious’s black fireball. Its speed had been reduced slightly and its path was no longer straight but it was still coming directly at her. Fera’s increased size reduced her movement speed greatly so she could no longer dodge properly. She instinctively raised both her mountain sized arms to block the impact.

*KA-BOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM!*

An explosion unlike any other rang out. Reya who was just about to implement her plan was thrown into the air by the resulting shockwave. Not just her though. Every Azirian was tossed into the air as well. Kazuki, Asuna, Sam, Kimi, Nunully, they were all sent into the sky hundreds of feet up. Even Etora could not properly hold his ground and was swept up high into the skies above. The only lucky ones were Tilly and Shin. Tilly had already been in the air above, there was no way she could fight an Azirian and no one expected her to. As soon as they decided to fight, Tilly was already in the sky out of the way as much as one could be during the middle of a battle.

Shin as well was fine. He had been flying about the battlefield. As soon as the explosion went off, Shin could already feel the incoming chaotic air rushing at him and he knew to take a step back.

While they were all tumbling in the air, 100 miles away, a fire unlike any other burned and raged about. The sky above blackened to such a degree that one would think that it was night.

Fera stood still as a statue. A black fire covered her entire body and even with her high defense, the black metallic-like rocks which made up her body began to melt away like snow under a hot sun. Both of her mountain sized arms she used to defend herself were completely obliterated and part of her head was completely missing. The orbs of lightning resting in her eyes were no more and her consciousness was knocked away by the blow.

The body melted quicker and quicker until the surrounding 50 miles became a lake of molten rock and metal. A forest in the vicinity was instantly reduced to ash because of this and the snow covering the ground vaporized and turned into steam. The entire area became filled with a foggy ist because of this. Tiny particles of molten metal and rock evaporated. When it got to a certain height, the cold atmosphere mixed with the hot and the difference in the atmosphere formed several tornadoes that continued the destruction. This, all happened instantly.

Glacious extended his aura and covered everything within a thousand miles for a brief second. He could no longer feel Fera’s presence and sighed.

(So that was Kazuki’s sister. Her power is no joke but as long as it’s just her consciousness fighting, she can’t draw out her full power. I can easily knock her back across the ocean every single time. If she were to show up personally though, with my weakened state, I may have to fight seriously in order to win.)

Glacious waved a hand in the air and smothered his flames. At the same time, he changed the atmosphere and got rid of the tornadoes, and also made it snow to reduce the temperature. He looked over toward Kazuki and the others and they were still in the midst of falling. He wondered if he should help them with the army but decided they would be fine. Even if they got desperate, Etora was still near them and could help at a moment’s notice. Glacious looked back at the nearby mountains and thought about how he would remake them after Fera destroyed them.

At the same time 100 miles away. Asuna teleported safely to the ground and teleported Sam and Kimi to the ground as well. Shin and tilly were fine since the two could fly. Kazuki released fire from the bottom of his feet and flew towards Nunully to catch her but Nunully smiled softly. The very next moment, two large wings made of ice formed behind her and she flew gracefully to the ground, surprising not only Kazuki but everyone else as well.

Kazuki flew down to her side.

“You, what was that?”

Nunully giggled lightly.

“I haven’t been training this many months for nothing. These wings are made from ice so light that the wind can hold me up. Though it’s difficult to actually fly around, I can hover pretty easily and fall softly to the ground without injury.”

Kazuki nodded in appreciation and gingerly touched one in curiosity. He wanted to observe them for longer but He knew now wasn’t the time.

Up above, Reya had created fleshy wings that protruded from her back. All around her 10,s of thousands of Azirian’s followed suit and flew in the air. A complicated expression covered Reya’s face.

(Damn, how can this be? How could master fail? How could that tall bastard be so strong? Without master, I have no hopes of winning. No hopes of winning and definitely no hopes of escape. That tall man’s speed and strength outclass even my master, how can I leave here alive? Even if I use my trump card, that man will tear through my army instantly and kill me. I have to get away, I can’t die here but how?)

Reya’s eyes scanned her surroundings and noticed that Glacious wasn’t watching them nor did he seem to have any interest.

She looked around desperately until she found her way out.

(That should work. No, it has to work, there’s no other way.)

1, 10, 100, 10,000, 100,000 miles, and further. Fera sat meditating, floating in the air. The moment Glacious’s attack hit her her consciousness was knocked here.

*Blegh cough cough cough*

Fera sprayed out a mouthful of blood and her mind became unstable for a moment. Her eyes opened in shock and she almost fell out of the air. A few guards rushed inside her personal chambers and when they saw her state they panicked. They were just about to call out to her when her expression changed.

Fera simply swiped at the air and the guards in front of her were reduced to puddles of meat paste instantly. Anger filled her veins. She wiped her mouth with the back of her hand and stared at her own blood.

(So there’s actually a being in this world that can make me bleed. Not bad Kazuki, it seems you’ve found some protection but unfortunately for you, your guard dog has a weakness. Nothing escapes my eyes.)

Fera crossed her legs and slammed her eyes shut. Concentrating, her consciousness split. One half remained with her body while the other flew across the ocean as fast as light.
