Including Reya’s new form, there were three other Azirian’s with monstrous bodies now. Each of them was around 15 feet tall and each one appeared more ghoulish than the other.

Reya held Tilly tightly in her grip and taunted Shin and the rest. No one knew what to do at this moment. One false step and Reya would snap the neck of Tilly as if she were made of soft clay. Tilly had never been one to fear most things but right now she was terrified beyond belief. She realized she’d never been in this spot in the first place if she never left Glacious’s tiny world. Her obsession over the golems Magic core brought her to this here and now. She didn’t want to die. Even now, her mind was concerned with one thing, the Magic core.

“Please, don’t kill me. I’m just an old lady, hehe. My value to you, well there isn’t any. I’m no good as a hostage. Just look at Kazuki and the rest, they are waiting for an opening to slay you. Your better off tossing me away and taking your chances with fleeing, otherwise…cough cough.”

Reya didn’t believe Tilly in the least and gave her throat a slight squeeze to shut her up.

“Keep quiet old woman. It’s clear as day what your worth is. If what you said was true, Kazuki and the others would have already attacked me. Look at them though, even that giant wolf has yet to take a step forward. It seems they care for you much more than you’d like to admit. Just keep that mouth of your shut and I won’t kill you prematurely.”

Tilly tried to say something else even though the ever-tightening grip around her neck but Reya simply blocked her mouth with another hand.

“Well Kazuki, am I correct? This old woman is important to you, all right? Otherwise, that wolf alone could deal with me. What will you do now? Give me your head or let this old witch die at my hands.”

The gears turned rapidly in Kazuki’s head as he analyzed the situation at hand. Tilly was just a squeeze away from death. He couldn’t fire upon Reya or she would most likely use Tilly as a human shield. To close the gap and cut Reya’s grip away from Tilly, Kazuki wasn’t that fast. Etora might be able to do such a thing but if Reya retreated at the same time Etora moved or she used the other Azirians to block him, even at his fastest, there was a chance he wouldn’t make it in time.

(How can we free her?)

Fera watched from the sidelines and enjoyed the show. She couldn’t keep her guest waiting too long though and had to start her own show. The orbs of lightning descended once again and struck a nearby boulder. The boulder began to tremble with movement but how could Glacious sit idly by and wait for Fera to make a new body. Now that she knew of his weakness, it was all the more reason to finish her as fast as possible.

Glacious rushed forward and hammered his fist down on top of the boulder in an instant.

*BAM!*

The boulder shattered and the ground sunk several feet down but it wasn’t enough. Just a few hundred feet away, A large boulder surrounded by other rocks and stone emerged from the ground and formed a human-shaped figure. A black sheen covered the surface of the rocks and a green swirl of energy surrounded this large body.

A face appeared on the body and a wild cackling laugh exploded outward.

“Hahaha, you realize I can move my consciousness far faster than you can destroy it, and making a physical body is easier than turning over a palm. As long as my conciousness remains, I can come back again and again.”

Fera saw no emotion on Glacious’s face and felt disappointed.

(This creature shows me no fear whatsoever. Damn it. He knows that this small body is no threat to him. Even if he’s weakening it doesn’t seem to be as drastic as I initially thought. In this small form, I won’t be able to cause him any harm and he’s aware. I need to get him to exhaust himself.)

Fera raised an arm up and pointed it at a mountain-sized pile of rubble. With her will, the green energy surrounding her launched itself toward said rubble and pulled it toward her.

Stones, boulders, ores, and metals all flew forward and began to cling and fuse to Fera’s body. Glacious had grown tired of Fera doing what she wanted and he flashed forward. He appeared in front of her faster then she could react. He grabbed her by her boulder-like waist, even while rocks were fusing with her. He lifted her up and suplex her large body over his shoulder.

*Bam*

Her body shattered into tiny pieces but that didn’t stop the rocks around from moving toward her shattered body and they began to piece her back together. A mouth formed from the rocks and Fera taunted Glacious some more.

“Can’t you see it’s pointless? Your physical body may be tough but it can only destroy my own body but not my mind.”

Glacious stomped on the mouth crushing it to dust but Fera’s body continued to put itself back together. Glacious held out a palm and his eyes glowed with a green light.

“Gravity.”

He swung his palm downward and a force greater than a mountain falling slammed into Fera’s body.

*BANG!*

A large crack stretched for hundreds of miles across the land and formed a new trench. the crack continued and connected with the abyssal trench expanding it in every way. At the same time, dark energy flushed up from the abyssal trench like a tidal wave and started to slowly spread outward. The Rin mountain range all at once exploded from this force like glass windows and all at once, the mountain range became an avalanche of massive proportions.

The avalanche was so great that even 100 miles away, it quickly swept toward Kazuki and the rest. They all exchanged a knowing look and they quickly took to the skies.

Kazuki grabbed Asuna and took her up, while Shin grabbed Sam and Nunully grabbed Kimi and flew upward. Only Etora was left on the ground but even with this avalanche coming he showed no signs of worry.

A 200-foot wave of rock, ice, and snow washed over the land and buried Etora beneath it. The avalanche covered hundreds of miles but when it came toward the abyssal trench, the dark energy sweeping out from its gaping entrance melted all the snow and degraded stone, trees, and most other things.

The dark energy sweeping out of the trench seemed to spread a little further because of this.

In the distance, Reya looked concerned as she peered toward Glacious and where her master used to be.

(Master…)

Once more a mocking tone rolled out.

“Is that the limits of your strength?”

The ground had just settled after the avalanche but once again it began to tremble. Rocks and boulder rolled about and began fusing together and building upward at a freakish speed.

1000, feet up, and then 10. 20,000 feet higher yet the rocks didn’t stop. A body so big it cast a shadow that was over 10000 feet long.

Fera’s body was bigger than most mountains in the Feya continent. She raised up both fist high above her head. Her left fist gathered that green swirl of energy while her right fist gathered fire. Her left eye was filled with lightning while her right was filled with a golden light. Opening her mouth, several tornadoes formed inside her mouth.

She spoke and the air boomed.

“You are indeed strong but your physical capabilities are no match for my magic. I have however grown bored of this.”

Reya on the other side saw this power and awed at it.

(Master is this powerful. No one can stop her. Even that tall fellow can not stop her. Why should I fear for my life then? Why should I fear retaliation from these ants?)

Reya could see no sign of Etora. At this moment, it was her and her master who held the upper hand. What was there to fear. She looked at Tilly in her grip. So weak, so old, and such pitiful struggling she thought.

(This old woman is a bug and nothing more. To deal with bugs, one must simply squish them.)

Without another thought nor word, Reya squeezed Tilly and crushed her before everyone’s eyes.

*Snap crunch*

A gush of red blood flowed down Reya’s hands and splattered on the snowy ground below.

(The shock they must feel right now. Let me deliver the final touches.)

Reya then transferred some of her blood directly into Tilly and Tilly’s eyes changed color becoming a deep crimson red. The very next moment, Tilly’s body began to sink into Reya’s and fuse with her. The only part of her that remained was her head that protruded from Reya’s shoulder.

Reya grinned fiendishly at the pale expressions everyone wore and said.

“Forget it Kazuki. There’s no need for you to offer up your head on your own. Just like your friend atop my shoulder, I will soon take your head myself.”
