CHAPTER 213: YOU’RE DRUNK

“Mistress I missed you so much! I was so lonely! It is simply so much better when you are here. I promise that I took good care of everything while you were away. I was very good.”

As soon as I entered my inn, Princess jumped at me and clung onto me. She was acting like a child in front of me and I couldn’t help but find it extremely cute.

“I missed you too. You did a great job. I am so proud of you. I will cook sweet cakes only for you and give you additional treat later on.”

She let go and clapped her hands happily before returning to the reception desk. She is so cute.
I left Vitou and the rest of the company at Earl’s Mansion before arriving here. I will visit Mylene-san then deal with the dungeon, and lastly I will take my revenge before leaving for Kapitalia.

“Mylene-san, I came to say hi!”

This place was my home for almost a year so I simply walked in without minding my manners and called out to her.

“Naoko-san? Wa-what? When did you get back?”

“Haha… it is so good to see you. I came as soon as possible. Go take a break and let’s chat for a bit. I have a lot that I need to tell you.”

I dragged her to the dining area and took out cake and tea that I had made. I also added some cookies and other treats that I came across in the capital. In the end I stayed for dinner and even some more. Mylene-san is always the best person to talk to whenever I need to. She is always interested in all the stories I have to tell and she is also aware of all the gossip in the town so I was able to learn everything that happened while I was away.

I didn’t miss much aside that more and more people are visiting thanks to the dungeon being open and that Banbo came back from Icefire Mountains without being able to clear the dungeon, which was to be expected and then leaving almost immediately on another mission. Once I was up to date with everything and had a decent talk with Mylene-san I bid her goodbye and decided to walk back to my inn.

“Nao-chan, you missed the party. Everyone wanted you to come.”

“Vitou, you reek of alcohol. Also, I told you that I wasn’t coming when I left you this afternoon. I had more important things to do. Another thing, you don’t get drunk, so stop acting this way.”

He was wandering the streets alone. I checked to see where Daisuke and Taichi were on the map, but it seems they were still all the Earl’s Mansion oddly grouped up with the rest of the people there.

“Toriwa is different. His drinks hit you really hard. I think he calls it vodka. He was able to find it inside a dungeon one time and then experimented with it to try and recreate it. Apparently it uses potatoes. Weird, huh?”

Talk about a convenient find, if he ever wants to expand I would gladly take that opportunity to become exclusive reseller for his brand. But knowing Vitou is bothered by strong drinks is a good thing. Who knows, one day I might have a use for it.

“So why are you here and not with the rest of them?”

“Hehehe, they can’t move. I won. Even beat Marc. But I don’t plan on drinking with you anytime soon. Too dangerous.”

So that explains the grouped up position on the map. Well in any case I don’t plan on drinking with him either.

“Go back, I need to go to the inn.”

I assumed he would just go, but instead he grabbed my hand and pulled me closer to him.

“Don’t go. Here, take the glasses off. It is dark and you need to see. Aren’t they bothering you?”

He immediately reached for them, but I didn’t allow it and pulled away. Does he want to die? He should know firsthand why I am always wearing those glasses. I really need him to sober up and regain his senses.

“Vitou, go away and don’t look for trouble. Go and sleep it off.”

“No, let’s go somewhere, just the two of us. I will show you something really good. I know you want it as well. I see you looking at me every day. Come on, I won’t let you escape now.”

What is he talking about? Sadly I didn’t have time to think because immediately he created an earthen box trapping the two of us inside. Just what is he planning to do?

“Vitou, stay back! Don’t you dare come closer.”

I already prepared to use Transfer as my escape tool. Blink was successfully stopped by entrapping me completely.

“Now you can’t escape. Let me hold you, my bride to be.”

Nope, definitely a big nope. I’m getting out of here. I activated Transfer preparing to move to the inn, but he grabbed a hold of my hand and the two of us were moved to the inn.

“My Naoko, how proactive. I knew you’d beg me to hold you. Come, let’s spend the night together.”

Frick, not what I wanted. Hmm… I have an idea. I took out a scarf from my inventory.

“Put this over your eyes and lay down on the bed. Don’t peek or I will get really angry, you understand? I just have to get ready for a bit.”

“Oh, kinky. I promise not to look.”

He took the blindfold and I left the room. I will make sure he suffers.

“Princess, I have a present for you. It is in my room. Make sure you play with him until he’s completely exhausted, but you can’t kill him. I promise that he will be more than willing to play with you.”

“Mistress, you are simply the best!”

Good, now I can sleep in peace. I went into a free room and passed out almost immediately.
