That’s why, as unworthy as it may be, let me help easing your spirits a little.」
The soldiers surrounded Shijimi.
「By executing the traitor who has sold out your clan….」
The patriarch was about to speak up and stop them, but restrained himself in the end. The current predicament was undoubtedly the result of her indiscretion.

At the Baron’s command, the soldiers surrounding Shijimi set up their lances. Quite a lot of soldiers had already gathered and restrained the clan members there. There was no one who could do anything to stop it now. And then, just as the execution was about to take place…
