The wolf I randomly decided to get when I started the game.
I decided to name him Volff from how wolf is pronounced in German.
A type of Summon Monster that can demonstrate his true value a lot more as a hunter rather than as a fighter.
However, in a ground-based battles, he can fight very effectively too, taking advantage of his high speed.
After the Class Change, both his hair colour and the feel of his fur changed.
Just petting Volff feels very nice.
Naturally, Volff is friendly to a lot of other players too.

Zangetsu refers to the moon that remains in the sky until dawn.
Zangetsu’s movement speed is unmatched, especially on the plains.
I chose the White Horse for the Class Change.
But not because I wanted to make myself out to be some kind of prince.
Zangetsu is still a war horse through and through.
Although Zangetsu does have a tendency to be a bit shy at times?

I named him Obsidian because I saw his eyes were pitch-black.
An effective scout regardless of the time of day, and regardless of the place.
I think I managed to get Obsidian a little closer to Master’s Magi-Owl after the Class Change.
Obsidian’s personality is quite inquisitive too, he seems to pay attention to anything.
He’s good friends with Master’s Magi-Owl.

I named him Jean because it sounded like the word gene… The hereditary
kind.
Not so good in bright areas, but his ability to search for things and enemies in dark places is amazing.
The Class Change made him look even darker.
Oh, yeah, he can suck blood too.
Something that’s easily overshadowed though.
After I used 【Fuse Monster】 on Jean, Mumyo, and Zuiun, he changed into Telomere.

I took the name Jericho from the Bible, referring to the heavily fortified city of Jericho.
Jericho does have a low mobility but he’s a very powerful tank.
After the Class Change, he gained the ability to liquefy too.
He’s some kind of biological cement now?
Definitely a very unique Summon Monster, even if it’s tough to explain.

Goki was apparently the demon servant of the Japanese mystic En no Gyōja.
Although the name is sometimes spelled a little different.
His amazing dexterity allows him to use multiple weapons.
I originally meant for Goki to fight in the back, but he comes to fight in the front a lot too.
After the Class Change, he looked even more like a darkness dweller.
I noticed that his personality is very straight forward too, always gets straight to the point.

Senki was apparently another one of the demon servants of the Japanese mystic En no Gyōja.
Although the name is sometimes spelled a little different.
Senki also fights very similarly to how I do.
With the Class Change, he was slowly changing from an ape into a monster.
He has a good roar when he charges into battle too.
His personality is very curt. He uses his muscles to communicate more than his growls.

Rig refers to the ropes and chains which support a sail boat’s masts.
I often pair him up with Senki, for Rig to act as a sort of living armour.
His stats are quite weak, but his skills definitely make up for it .
Rig also had the ability to consume and then break down things within his body.
After the Class Change, Rig changed to be even more terrifying.
Personality-wise… Still a bit of a mystery.

Bunraku refers to a form of Japanese puppet theatre.
In a way, one of my most important Summon Monsters, he supports my belly.
He can take advantage of his amazing DEX stat to take care of chores too.
In battle, Bunraku excelled most in the rear.
Personality-wise… Still a bit of a mystery.

Mumyo means to go astray, according to Buddhist terminology.
His stats were low, but his skills and his special abilities made up for that.
The Class Change was supposed to make him more of a rear support, but I didn’t end up doing that.
Instead, I put him in the front as a half-tank, half-fighter
I get made fun of a lot because I gave him crab armour.
His personality, is kind of… ruthless?
After I used 【Fuse Monster】 on Jean, Mumyo, and Zuiun, he changed into Telomere.

Ninetails refers to the legendary nine-tailed fox.
He mostly fights in the back, but he comes out into the front to bite sometimes too.
When moving, I can usually find Ninetails piggybacking on other Summon Monsters, either on my shoulder or on Zangetsu.
He’s quite friendly to a lot of other players too.
After the Class Change, his coat turned from a solid red to an ash silver colour.
Absolutely loves delicious snacks.
He’s quite cunning, as expected of a fox.

Heather refers to the name of a shrub flower from the Azalea family.
The name sounds a lot like “Feather” too.
Definitely a rear support character through and through.
She gets treated like a mascot by a lot of other players.
Most of all, she was unmatched in her ability to dodge attacks.
She lost that title after her class change though. She was now about as big as a small child.
Absolutely loves snacks too.
She tends to get carried away… But she’s also very easy to please.
