These ladies were shikigami serving the Goddess of Memory.
The goddess made a contract with Haruto and gave him the time to bid farewell to Tina, in exchange for which Haruto agreed to let the goddess erase memories related to his name from the people of this world.

The woman lying before them is Tina Haribel.
She travelled with Haruto, the Guardian Hero, and together with the hero Takato, they defeated the Demon Lord Beleth.
When Haruto and Takato returned to their old world, she was left behind.
「We don’t need to erase her memories, do we?」
「No, we don’t. We have to be careful when erasing the memories of people closely connected to Haruto. The goddess took care of it. Our job is to erase Haruto’s name from what Tina is wearing」

「「Time to strip!」」
The two shikigami began to undress Tina, who was unconscious.
Of course, this was necessary to ensure that Haruto’s name was completely erased from all of Tina’s possessions.

Afterward, the two shikigami checked Tina’s belongings and the items Haruto left behind, making sure Haruto’s name wasn’t present

Additionally, the two shikigami were instructed by the Goddess of Memory to 『erase Haruto’s name from all of Tina’s belongings』.
Due to the shikigami’s laziness and the fact that 『H&T』was not recognized as the initials of Haruto and Tina, the inscription on her bracelet was left untouched.
That bracelet was the first gift Haruto had ever given Tina.
She always wore it.
