「Awaken, Jyugo the Hero」

As Jyugo the Hero is drifting through the darkness he slowly opens his eyes to the gentle voice.

「W..where am I? 」

「The afterlife. 」

「Oh, I’m dead. I got my arm dislocated by Nanana-chan. …Wait, wasn’t I a hero? Wasn’t I the main character of this extra episode too? So why am I dying so easily? Oh so that’s what it means. Are you saying I’m nothing more than a barking dog? 」

「Don’t despair, Jyugo the Hero. Even if I used my final technique on the weakest of the five heavenly kings, I would be killed in seconds. You are a legendary hero. 」

「Thank you for the easy to understand summary of the previous episode! 」

And then a warm light wraps around him. What appeared from the light was a beautiful goddess wearing a white robe.

「Oh! You are… Yumeji-san! 」

「It’s not Yumeji-san, Yama-kun. I am the Goddess You-meji」

「A goddess are you? 」

「Yes, I’m the Goddess You-meji. I am worshiped by the glasses religion, the official religion of the Holy Kingdom of Glasses. 」

「I see. Yumeji plays the role of goddess in this extra edition. 」

「I think it’s better if we didn’t talk too much about this being an extra edition, but…」

Right after that, a finger of the hero’s hand started twitching.

「Uraaaaaa! 」

「What? Juugo, who hadn’t moved at all since he was killed, suddenly popped up! 」

Jyugo the Hero who was resurrected like a phoenix surprised Naananna.

「Nanana-chan! 」

「W..what? 」

「Kill me! Obliterate me with all your might! Completely destroy me! 」

Naananna screams as loud as she can when the hero rises up despite being in the state he died in. (His left shoulder is dislocated, foam is still coming out of his mouth, and his bloodshot eyes look viscious)

「This is scary scary scary! Juugo is scary! Don’t come near me with those zombie eyes! 」

「I need to die now! Right now! I need to receive the resurrection kiss of the goddess! 」

「Y..yeah sorry. 」

The hero who had lost his blood after being killed by Naananna nodded obediently. After regaining his composure, Jyugo the Hero used recovery magic to completely heal his injuries.

「Anyways I need a fresh start. Starting with defeating Nanana-chan, the first of the 5 Heavenly Kings. 」

「Umm, I don’t want to fight Juugo anymore. 」

As if answering the call, the second of the Five Heavenly Kings popped out of the shadow of the pillar.

「Hello Yamato-kun. I’m D’arc of the Five Heavenly Kings. 」

Jyugo grins in front of the trembling D’arc.

As soon as Jyugo the hero raised the legendary sword, D’arc cried out and crouched while holding his head.

「J..Juugo-kun. Please don’t hurt me. 」

Jyugo feels like he’s staring at an abandoned puppy. He’s shaken to his core.

「N..no. This is a sword and magic fantasy world. Even if you say that…」

「Fufu, as expected of my worthy rival. Are you the type of person to use violence and bully those who have no intention of fighting? 」

「Yeah, if it’s just D’arc then those aren’t the words you should be saying. 」

「Wow Juugo. That’s pretty shitty. 」

「Hey Nanana-chan! Don’t look at me like that! I don’t want to do it either! As the hero I have to defeat the Five Heavenly Kings though! 」

「Let’s stop fighting Juugo-kun. 」

「That’s not the kind of thing that the second of the Five Heavenly Kinds should say in front of the hero! So how about we make this more black and white? 」

D’ark who was had been cowering in front of Jyugo got up saying ‘Hmmmm’. Then he clapped his hands and smiled.

「I’m good at cooking. 」

「If my memory is correct…」

「No no. Wait a minute Nanana-chan. What are you starting to say? Why are you about to start a cooking showdown? 」

「The theme of this cooking showdown is … PUDDING! Of course I’m going to be the judge. 」

「Come on, listen to me! Nanana-chan just wants an excuse to eat pudding right? Hey Tensai, are you ok with this? 」

「I’ll allow it. At this point I just want to do whatever bit I can to keep Nanana-dono happy. Then I’ll hand you over to her later and she can remove you. 」

「Did ya know, since you have 2 arms you can have them both dislocated at once? 」

「Time to dislocate your arms again! This time I’m targeting his right arm too! 」

「I wouldn’t mind a showdown where Juugo touches D’arc’s boobs. 」

「The winner is D’arc」, declared judge Naananna, holding the pudding container in her right hand.

D’ark jumped around happily.

「I mean there’s no way I was going to beat D’arc in cooking. 」

Jyugo the Hero hangs his head in defeat for the second time now.

「By the way D’arc-chan, I’d like you to be my personal pudding chef from now on. 」

D’arc was surprised by the suggestion Naananna make’s while rubbing her stomach full of pudding.

「W..why would you want that? 」

「Because as long as D’arc-chan is around, I can have delicious pudding any time I want! 」

Naananna puffs out her chest.

「No. I thought you were probably going to say that but … but no! No matter how much Nanana-san asks I can’t do that! 」

「D’arc, just do as Nanana-dono asks. 」

「T..the terrible Tensai! If you say so then it’s my body is Nanana-chan’s to do with as she pleases! 」

「Don’t be weird. D’arc, you don’t seem to understand the situation. 」

「What don’t I understand Tensai? 」

「People tend to forget their anger when their stomachs are full. 」

The voice of the majestic Demon Lord Tensai echoes around them.

「Yes my minion. Instead of stopping Nanana’chan’s progress, I want to shift my strategy to dispelling her anger. 」

D’ark reluctantly nodded at the command of his master, the Demon Lord.

「I understand. From now on I will be Nanana’san’s personal pudding chef. 」

「Yay! ♪」

Dun Da-dun!

The second of the Five Heavenly Kings became Naananna’s subordinate.

Jyugo the Hero watches Naananna hugging D’ark in joy, and D’ark blusing and being flustered and mutters 「What kind of story development is this? 」

「Well then, let’s pull ourselves together and move on to the next of the Five Heavenly Kings. 」

And then in front of Jyugo the Hero, Naananna who is aiming to rise up the ranks, and D’ark her subordinate, the Third of the Five Heavenly Kings appeared.

「Looks like it’s finally our turn. 」

Jyugo the Hero’s eyes widened as he saw the people who had appeared.

「Director Yuiga? And Ibara-sempai and Tsurezure-senpai as well! 」

「I’m not alone. The third of the Five Heavenly Kings is Iishin the bard. 」

「I am Iishin-sama’s #1 subordinate, Yuu the Amazoness. 」

「….I’m Kagetoura the Ninja. 」

The gentleman with a lyre, female warrior carrying a giant halberd, and a silent ninja in black make up a brave group. They stood in the way of Jyugo the Hero.

Standing in my way is the third of the Five Heavenly Kings and his two subordinates. Guh, what is with this man’s special attack, it’s making me angry!
