The Nanae police are speculating that this is the same individual that was witnessed a few days ago in the business district, a student who was stripped naked except for his underwear. For this reason, they set up an office of urgent countermeasures. Along with the pursuit of the perpetrator, the police are stressing that they are strengthening their efforts in making sure that none of the students are looking to emulate the actions of the perpetrator.」
