「By the way, how do our suitable classes compare to others? Is everyone like this? 」

「There’s not much variation. If I had to say, the rare ones would be (Grappler) and (Surveyor).

(Surveyor) is a class that appears when you become accustomed to map-making around the intermediate rank. The only truly rare one at this stage is (Grappler). Even those aiming for (Martial Artist) don’t usually choose it first. It’s too niche. It’s commonly chosen by fighters who specialize in arenas, not adventuring. 」

It seems there isn’t a particularly unique class.

(Dual Swordsman) is also a regular class, and there are many among the lower ranks.

The only relatively rare one is (Grappler), but that’s not an option. It’s too limited against monsters.

Even if it’s called a grappler, there’s a champion in an underground fighting arena who doesn’t do much grappling.

「As a side note, this place doesn’t display classes that aren’t related to dungeon exploration. Excluding a few like (Blacksmith) and (Miner), general classes like (Cleaner) can be acquired at different guilds. Ordinary people get these classes from guilds other than the Adventurer’s Guild. 」

「I thought ordinary people couldn’t increase their base level? 」

Is that so? Are there places outside of dungeons where you can fight monsters? …Like arenas? So, in this town, just because you’re an ordinary person doesn’t mean you’re necessarily weak. Adventurers who get too cocky thinking they’re strong might get beaten up by an ordinary person.

With that, the long training session came to an end. I acquired the (Gladiator) class, and Yuki acquired the (Dual Swordsman) class.

Such an incredibly plain class composition, huh.

The next day, I made my way to the Guild Hall. Well, I come here every day anyway.

Having acquired my class and having prepared to challenge the 10th floor of the Infinite Corridor, I was at the delicate point of stocking up on cheap armor, potions, curry powder, water, and food, ready to delve into the dungeon tomorrow. But just as I was gearing up for the dive, there was an editorial meeting for the Trial Dungeon.

I wish they wouldn’t schedule it the day before a dungeon dive. Well, it’s not like I absolutely have to challenge the dungeon tomorrow.

By the way, this editorial meeting seems to be special. Typically, even when adventurers are going to release videos, they don’t have such meetings. Usually, the editing work is done by the adventurers themselves.

I’m not sure what they’ll be doing, but it might be related to the free broadcasts mentioned on the bulletin board.

Since the Guild will be broadcasting, maybe they’ll put extra effort into music and production. Perhaps a cool logo or something.

Yuki said he would be a bit late, so I entered the Guild Hall on my own.
