Kazuki was standing near a corner of the room, seemingly lost in thought.
“What are you doing? I said get to work so get to it human!”
Editrix was still snappy after his little spell of fear was seen by all of the workers. They could see that every time Editrix called out to Kazuki, he would avoid eye contact. Editrix couldn’t stand this humiliation and barked at Kauzki repeatedly.
“Sorry, I was just looking over the equipment. There’s only one anvil over here, and well, it’s damaged.”
It was true. Editrix ordered him to get to work on making swords but the only spare anvil was cracked on one side and bulged out near the back end. To hammer away at anything on it would only leave one with a wonky product. A half-baked piece of garbage that would be better off as a crude toy rather than an instrument of death.
