After devouring all of the energy from the broken storage ring, Orberus’s strength had returned in full.
He was no longer the weak and dying creature they had all attacked together. He was once more a domineering force in the universe. A being they had no chance of beating.
After killing one of the former supremes, with ease, he looked back and forth between the rest and asked.
“Now, which of you would like to die next?”
There was no way they could beat him with his strength returned. His entire body had fully regenerated and the wounds were no more. As Orberus stood before them, they could feel his aura rapidly rising, indicating his soul world and soul tree had recovered as well.
They couldn’t kill him when he was on the verge of death. With their artifacts inert, they stood no chance against him, and they all knew it.
