Well, it’s not an easy mission. If we want to escape with Sammy-chan, we’ll need a fair amount of Tsarberyl Emperor’s Crystal. The amount of items that can be mined by hitting a pickaxe once…… I want to do it at least 100 times, to make sure that it was well worth my time.

The scorpions are like gardeners and cooks here, so they are overlooked by spiders and centipedes. You can learn the importance of production jobs! You don’t attack someone who makes you existence possible in the first place!

At least the drop items from Crystal Scorpions and Golden Crystal Scorpions are large enough to be used as shields even in case of the rarest of materials, and they are likely to make similar drops as the ones on the old continent.

When the disposable tents managed to use up all of their limited uses, they all started to disappear. Filled with anger and frustration, I kicked them with all of my might and let out a mighty scream, something that was quite embarrassing of me to do and that I originally did not intended to do at all. The other were just casually observing me here, most probably unable to understand what I was going through or it could have been just that they did not wanted to disturb me right now.

Fucking hell!! How the fuck am I supposed to deal with that thing!? It would be nice if someone was able to give me the answer on a silver platter here!!

No, I know, I understand it completely. Maybe soloing this particular enemy is just impossible? Or maybe the reason why I am getting defeated time after time is simply because I am way too greedy here for my own good? However, even if I were completely prepared here and was accompanied by a full raid squad, it is just too difficult to deal with a laser attack coming at you from every direction possible. Secondly, they are not the Unique Monsters or even Rare Monsters. They are just your regular enemies here, and I almost suffered a heart attack when I realized that the whole area was basically littered with them. What’s more, it seems that they won’t try to attack its kin no matter what, so that strategy becomes pretty much useless here.

Third, the Emperor Scorpions are also immune to the laser beams of other scorpions in the area. There are no scratches, no injuries, no wounds or cracked shells, the attacks just seem to pass through them and they do not even show a single reaction in return here.

And fourth…… They probably have a clearly defined “territory” that they defend. You can see that from the above-mentioned characteristics, but…… As soon as you step over this boundary line, the Master there will go to eliminate any foreign invaders. Supposedly even if it was one of its allies.

While I was busy muttering to myself in order to try to conjure up the appropriate strategy for this situation right here, I could hear the piece of junk speaking towards me in a mysterious tone. What was strange here was the fact that both its expression and as well as the tone of voice were completely different from before.
