If the light armored units choose to back away or escape, the Crimson Nephilim is going to make short work of the gun users, not even breaking a sweat while doing so. In other words, the light armor here has no choice but to fight to protect the gun users long enough so that they can assure its survival in exchange.
Although the light armor has some speed to it, it is not as good as Crimson Nephilim in case of maneuverability and making sudden and sharp turns. Not to mention that its weapon advantage consists mainly of homing missile pods and a laser rifle whose firepower is not all that good because it gives priority to continuous fire over single shots. On the other hand, the Crimson Nephilim only has that beam chainsaw…… but it is only a weapon that we were shown, so there is always a possibility of something completely new appearing completely out of nowhere.
