And just like that, my consciousness returned to my body, which was still holding my sword and pointing it at Jack, as if ready to fight him. Except that I didn’t want to.

The messages started revolving around me and then went up to combine. They joined their ends here and there, and they finally formed a large figure.
It was the face of Jack Hargreave.
