Once that happens, the road to our victory is going to be relatively short and simple.

「Did it, desu!」

Now that Miria managed to petrify yet another monster, she opened a perfect situation for us to escape.

Even if it’s not during the Floor Boss battle, sometimes it is necessary for me to recover my MP by using Durandal to kill some of the small fries, but for the time being I’m capable of managing it accordingly.

The most important thing to know here is that even if there are five enemies in the group at the beginning, then in practice we will never have to fight all five of them at once. That is why I didn’t have to use Gambler’s 「Status Ailment Resist Down」just yet.

We are still not at our full power. We still have some room to spare. Mentally. That being said, I don’t know if we can really afford it or if it’s going to be a last-minute thing. Still, if I think about it as my trump card waiting to be used in the hour of need, then that is making me feel just a little bit better about it.

We then continued to collect feathers until the evening.

Everyone seems to agree on using good fabric.

「A cover for the futon?」

Sherry asked. Shereally got interested in t now, huh? By the way, at present, we only use regular blankets instead of towel blankets in our home.

「Essentially, it would be a bag made out of cloth that you would put over the futon.」

「I see. Then you could choose your favorite color depending on your mood.」

「And what about the times when it would get dirty? Can I just wash the cover then? And can something like that be done every day?」

「As expected, doing something like that every day would be rather tough.」

Roxanne, who is in charge of laundry, says, but I also think that doing something like that every day would be hard.

「And I think it will be that large.」

There seems to be a discrepancy in recognition with Roxanne.

「This is going to be a futon that Master is going to use, so it needs to be fitting the size of master’s body.」

It seems that the girls are going to be sleeping under it with me properly.

「I think it will definitely be warm under it in winter.」

Everyone seems to be fine with it.

It seems that winter is going to be especially hard for the members of the Dragonkin Tribe like Vesta, so getting ourselves a warm quilt futon is going to give us a peace of mind.

「If it’s going to be a big one, then I wonder if it’s not going to be difficult to collect all the feathers needed to make it?」

Sherry ponders about it. Could it be that she suggested collecting a small amount of feathers every day because she thought that we would only be making a small one? As I thought, making a large futon is definitely going to take a lot of time.

Looks like spending those ten days here farming feathers is going to be necessary after all.

「There are still days left before it gets cold, so I think we are going to be fine.」

This time, Vesta gave a correct opinion, but I would like to say that we’re not going to get the quilt futon just for the purpose of keeping ourselves warm.

「If it’s not going to be just for Master, then why don’t we all go to the Imperial City? We should also make sure to make separate futon covers.」

Roxanne also considers changing her opinion, but I don’t think that there’s going to be a need for us to go that far, but even if I were to say that, then she would probably still insist on buying it in the Imperial City because she’s so stubborn.

If you say that, you’ll want to buy it in the imperial capital even if it’s stubborn. Or maybe that is just my twisted personality? Because if so, then I’m sorry, it was my bad.
「Don’t say that, and let us go to the Imperial City.」

I warped us to the Adventurer’s Guild in the Imperial City. If we also need the fabric for the futon cover, then we should get it all at once, even if it is still going to take days to collect the feathers for the futon itself. There is also my thirty percent discount if we buy them all together.

「It seems to be over here.」

On my behalf, Roxanne and the others asked where the shop where we needed to go was at the Adventurer’s Guild’s counter. Guided by Roxanne, we then walk through the streets of the Imperial City.

Just like with going to the Labyrinth, it can be said that this is the same behavior pattern that we have grown accustomed to.

I was taken to a store that dealt with selling a large amount of fabrics. It’s not a clothing store, however. Only fabrics are put on display. Or maybe it’s a made-to-order specialty store. I don’t know anything about the fabrics and choosing the right one, so I simply chose the one that Roxanne and the others chose. Then I just pay for it and we leave the store.

We have plenty of time, of course.

Ultimately, we bought enough fabric for both futons and futon covers. There is quite a lot of it, so I guess that the girls had to take the size of them into consideration as well.
When we got back home, Roxanne and Vesta immediately started making the futon. But even if I say that, today it’s going to be nothing more than making a bag where the feathers are going to be stored.

I take a bath in the meantime. I wish I could do this every day. Humans get used to luxury, after all. But here Roxanne, Sherry, Miria and Vesta all take the bath together with me, so why don’t we make it so that we would be taking the bath every single day? I would certainly look forward to taking it like that.

When I finished taking a bath, I put out all the feathers I had saved without selling them out of my Item Box.

「Then how about we start removing the shafts and put them into the futon bag already? Everyone, can I ask this of you?」

With the exception of Sherry and Miria, who are in charge of making dinner, Roxanne and Vesta make the futon. The feathers came off the shafts relatively easily when I strongly squeezed them with my hand. The feathers that have been removed from the shaft become all soft and fluffy.

Normally this wouldn’t be too much of a hassle, but there are many feathers for us to go through. Am I going to have to do this every single day?

Although there must be a lot of them because we hunted for a long time today, so I cannot help it but be patient for a while.
